Side Story 2

Unexpected things happened throughout the universe all the time, such as the arrival of unknown enemies, which went unnoticed by everyone.

A cloaked figure stood before them, seemingly clad in armor, his eyes glowing brightly. Judging by his appearance, he looked like an android.

But this Bio-Android was no ordinary android. He came from the Dragon Ball Asalon timeline, and his strength was immense!!

Two subordinates accompanied him. One was named Rasu, the other Sisu. They said respectfully, "Sir, we've arrived!"

They had used high-tech equipment to travel through countless parallel timelines before reaching this one! The Bio-Android said calmly, "Check what level this timeline is at."

Rasu immediately began checking. Using their advanced equipment, he instantly scanned some of the people in this timeline. After observing them, he said with a grin, "Sir, this timeline is remarkably similar to a few we've visited before. It has powerful gods, including a God of Destruction, an Angel, and a supreme god. This timeline is dangerous too!"

"We used some equipment to shield ourselves from this timeline's repulsion when we arrived! Our arrival may already have caught the attention of powerful gods. Sir, what should we do?"

The Bio-Android said calmly, "It seems this timeline shares some things in common with the ones we visited before. It's no surprise that it has a God of Destruction and an Angel."

"We came here to collect the DNA of powerful warriors. We may have to use force to subdue them, just as we did in those other timelines. Obviously, that wouldn't be 'friendly,' but I hope they'll know what's good for them!"

"But we have a way to deal with them, don't we? Zeno's erasure isn't all-powerful against us. And the Grand Priest and the Angels can't interfere either, or the rules will punish them."

Still, the Bio-Android carefully checked the rules of this timeline. He murmured, "Hmm, Gods of Destruction? There are twelve universes like this, each with a God of Destruction and an Angel. The Angels remain neutral and can't interfere at will... It seems all of this is just as we learned before."

After checking, the Bio-Android's lips curled into a slight smile. "The Gods of Destruction are merely decent. It'd be best not to provoke them if we don't have to. But if we do, it won't matter."

While searching the information, he had also noticed that this timeline had two Son Gokus. One of them must have come from another timeline, and something had apparently happened that left him with no choice but to live in this one.

After all, he had dealt with Son Goku in other timelines before, and even fought him! There was also Vegeta, Son Gohan...

But when the Bio-Android saw one person, he froze for a moment. He had never seen this man in any other timeline, which meant he was a unique existence. He was the strongest Saiyan in this universe, even stronger than the Son Goku from another timeline. His name was Ye Ming!

"It seems I have no choice but to act this time. I'm especially interested in that man named Ye Ming. I want to get his DNA," the Bio-Android said calmly.

The Bio-Android instructed Rasu and Sisu, "Let's use our cloaking technology first. That should help us evade detection by some powerful gods. We'll find a safe place and discuss our next move in detail."

"Yes, sir," they said in unison.

The Grand Priest had noticed them as soon as they arrived in this timeline. He used the Eye of Time and Space to examine them.

Rubbing his chin, the Grand Priest said, "They've arrived in our timeline, and they've dealt with Son Goku and the others from other timelines before. Their goal is to collect the DNA of powerful warriors!"

That was all the information he could obtain for now. What the Grand Priest didn't know was that an even greater conspiracy was brewing in the background. (A terrifyingly powerful figure was backing the people from the Asalon timeline.)

The Grand Priest didn't think these visitors were up to any good, but as an Angel, he had to remain neutral. His duties were to protect Lord Zeno and summon the Angels and other gods! That was his responsibility as Lord Zeno's chief attendant.

Although he could easily crush them, he couldn't do so! He was bound by the rules. Unless Lord Zeno's safety was at risk, he absolutely couldn't intervene!

They had appeared in Universe 7. The Grand Priest's lips curled into a smile. Let's see how long you visitors can last.

Then he stopped paying attention to them and entered Zeno's palace.

In the God of Destruction Realm, Whis had been training Beerus since Ye Ming and the others left, and Beerus's progress had been remarkable!

Whis smiled as he watched Beerus using Ultra Instinct. Beerus had perfectly combined the Power of Destruction with Ultra Instinct!

Just then, Whis suddenly received a message from the Grand Priest. He immediately raised his staff to check it, and his brow furrowed as he read.

The Grand Priest had sent him all the information he'd obtained. What happened next was up to Whis!

Whis glanced at Beerus, who wouldn't be finishing his training anytime soon, and gave a faint smile. He said softly, "Lord Beerus, some visitors have arrived in our universe. They may have used some means to avoid being rejected by our timeline."

Hearing Whis, Beerus opened his large, catlike eyes. His terrifying aura spread around him.

"What? Are those guys disrupting the order of the universe? If so, then I'll have no choice but to step in!"

Whis said calmly, "They haven't done anything to threaten the universe yet, but we don't know what they'll do later."

"The Grand Priest told me they want to collect the DNA of powerful warriors. There may be some hidden plot behind that."

Beerus stood up with his hands behind his back. "It seems this timeline has become rather unsettled. People keep crossing through time and space to reach our world. It must be a sign of something!"

Whis looked at Beerus. "What do you plan to do?"

"They want to collect the DNA of powerful warriors, don't they? I can grant their wish. Tell Ye Ming and the others about this. I want to see what tricks they're planning!" Beerus said sternly.

Whis said, "It seems those visitors know about some of the people in our universe, including Son Goku, Vegeta, and Son Gohan!"

Beerus said confidently, "But I guarantee they've never seen Ye Ming. That'll open the eyes of those shady characters! Hmph."

Whis nodded. "That's true. Ye Ming may be the only one of his kind across all timelines! Even the Grand Priest can't see his past or future."

"Exactly. He'll be a surprise for those guys! But I have a feeling something bad will happen in the future, Whis," Beerus said seriously.

"Maybe when that crisis comes and I can't fight it, you Angels may have to step in—even the Grand Priest..." Beerus trailed off.

If that time really came, then the crisis facing this timeline would have reached its peak! As the God of Destruction, he was powerful, but he also knew that there were unknown beings in countless timelines, and they were terrifying!

Whis felt the same way as Beerus. But until the time came, there was no point in worrying too much. They could only focus on what was in front of them.

Whis smiled and said, "Lord Beerus, don't worry too much. I think Ye Ming may bring us a surprise, or even hope!"

Beerus nodded too. He had been worrying over nothing. He quickly asked, "Have Ye Ming and the others come back yet?"

Whis smiled. "They'll be back soon. We may just have to wait a little longer."

Beerus returned to the matter at hand. "Whis, tell Ye Ming and the others about this later and make sure they're prepared! It'd be best to wipe out these unwelcome guests completely. We can't let just any riffraff set foot in our universe."

"Those guys look like bad news to me. They're irritating to look at, and they're from another timeline, too."

Beerus had no idea where those three had come from. Otherwise, he wouldn't have said that!

Whis nodded. "Of course, Lord Beerus. I'll tell them as soon as Ye Ming and the others return!" Just then, Beerus's stomach suddenly rumbled.

"Whis, hurry up and prepare lunch! I'm starving," Beerus shouted.

And so, a new crisis was about to begin. How would Ye Ming, Son Goku, Vegeta, and the powerful warriors of all twelve universes face it? Let's wait and see!

A note: Everyone in Dragon Ball Asalon, whether Bio-Androids or Saiyans, is incredibly powerful! One crisis after another is coming, and Ye Ming and the others must quickly grow stronger to survive. I'll go into more detail later about the strength of some of Asalon's powerful figures! Their power levels will be made clear.
