All the Saiyans officially stayed at the Heavenly Temple to train.

Popo's first requirement was to sit silently and feel their own power, to sense the presence of ki.

When they heard Popo's first requirement,

the Saiyans, led by Carl and the others, froze for a moment. Then they said, "This is training? What good is this kind of training? It can't increase our battle power, and it doesn't teach us any techniques."
