"Is Frieza really that terrifying?"
After a long silence, the Guardian of Earth finally voiced the question that had been bothering him. Even the King Kai, who was a whole level of existence above him, and the terrifying aliens before him had fallen silent.
Frieza must be something extraordinary.
He just couldn't understand what kind of being could inspire such fear.
Before the Saiyans could answer, the King Kai spoke up.
"Terrifying doesn't even begin to describe him. You have to understand, the universe is vast, and it's divided into several galaxies. Each galaxy has terrifying beings of its own."
"We're currently in the North Galaxy, and Frieza is the Emperor of the Universe here, commanding all sorts of evil forces."

To help the Guardian of Earth and Popo understand just how terrifying Frieza was, North Kai used the Saiyans as a point of comparison.
None of the Saiyans objected. They knew all too well how terrifying Frieza was. Otherwise, why would they have come all the way to this remote planet to train?
Perhaps part of it was to learn how to control their ki.
But more than anything, they were trying to escape Frieza. They'd never imagined that, despite all their precautions, he would come searching for them all the way out here.

Sure enough, this vast Dragon Ball World was full of excitement and adventure. This was the life he was meant to enjoy!
While he admired his own status, the Heavenly Temple fell silent. Everyone present, including North Kai, had been stunned by his words.
