North Kai Planet.

As the Frieza Force went into action, North Kai suddenly fell out of his chair. His antennae twitched as if he had sensed something terrible.

The next second.

He got to his feet, his face grave. He didn't even care whether the fall had hurt him, and went straight to the edge of North Kai Planet to quietly observe the world below.

"This is bad. This is really bad!!"

"What on earth happened to Frieza? Why has he mobilized such a massive force? And... how many lives will this slaughter?!"

He had never imagined Frieza could sink so low.

From what he had observed, Frieza was, after all, the Emperor of the Universe. He had a certain dignity, and most of the time, he showed some restraint when he acted.

He wasn't usually like this, sweeping across the entire galaxy.

If Frieza continued this way, the North Galaxy would be plunged into misery!

Next, North Kai watched one planet after another, observing the aliens' movements and listening to what they said.

At last, he got the information he needed. These aliens were searching for Saiyans. Weren't they those war-loving monkeys?

A race that called itself a warrior people.

"So that's it. Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta not long ago, but some Saiyans survived."

"But those Saiyans seem to have joined Frieza's forces. Now he's sent so many aliens to search everywhere. There must be something behind all this."

Now that he understood the reason, North Kai didn't dare relax. The galaxy was vast, and even he, a Kai, couldn't guarantee he could find someone.

Of course, if Frieza was going to such lengths to search for them,

they must be pretty strong!

Anyone with a bit of power would be easy enough to pick out in a search.

North Kai watched carefully.

He had paid some attention when Planet Vegeta was destroyed. After all, the Saiyans were one of the stronger races in his galaxy, so naturally he had kept an eye on them.

He knew the Saiyans' features very well, too.

Then, when he observed Earth, he suddenly saw a group of Saiyans on the Heavenly Temple!

Weren't these the ones he was looking for?

"Found them! So they'd all been hiding on Earth, and they'd even gone to the Heavenly Temple!"

"I need to ask the Guardian of Earth what happened."

North Kai immediately connected with the Guardian of Earth.

"Guardian of Earth, this is the Kai of the North Galaxy. Can you hear me?"

Far away on Earth, the Guardian of Earth stiffened and looked up at the sky. Just a moment ago, he had heard a voice appear in his mind.

Could this be an illusion?

"Guardian of Earth, this isn't an illusion. My voice really is in your mind. If you want to reply, just think your answer."

"I want to ask you something. What's going on with these Saiyans on Earth?"

North Kai asked his question. To assert his status as a Kai, he remained fairly calm.

The Guardian of Earth, on the other hand, panicked for a moment. He looked at the people around him, who all wore blank expressions. Clearly, they hadn't heard the voice.

Besides, he could vaguely sense that the other party's level of life was higher than his own, which dispelled his suspicions.

Then he told North Kai everything he knew.

A moment later, North Kai finally understood what was going on and let out a sigh.

"That must be it..."

"It's this group of Saiyans."

"What?" The Guardian of Earth was confused. He had no idea what North Kai was hinting at.

By now, all the Saiyans present, along with Popo, had noticed the Guardian of Earth's strange behavior and turned to look at him.

Everyone could hear North Kai's voice.

"Saiyans, you've brought disaster upon yourselves!"

"I don't know how you attracted the attention of Frieza, the Emperor of the Universe, but right now, he's searching the entire galaxy for you."

"His search has left devastation in its wake. Many planets have already been destroyed."

"If this continues, even more planets will be destroyed, and many races will be wiped out. Before long, the Frieza Force will find Earth, too."

"You're in grave danger!"

As North Kai spoke, he was already thinking of a way to deal with this. He couldn't let the Frieza Force run rampant like this.

Too many planets had been destroyed, and far too many lives had been lost.

How could he tolerate something like this happening in his territory?

There was little he could do. The Frieza Force was simply too strong—so strong that it filled him with a faint sense of despair!

Especially Frieza!

He was the true demon of the universe!

At North Kai's words, the Saiyans' expressions changed. They knew how powerful Frieza was.

Their strength was nothing like it used to be.

But Frieza would always be a weight on their hearts.

Even their leader, Mu Chuan, seemed unable to stand up to Frieza, even if he gave it everything he had. Frieza was a terrifying monster with a true power level of 120 million.

However, they didn't know that Frieza had already been completely transformed. After Cooler had given him such a brutal beating, if he still hadn't raised his power, he'd have been utterly worthless!

And Frieza, being as proud as he was,

didn't want to be weaker than anyone.

Carl said with a grave expression, "Are you sure? Frieza is searching everywhere for us?"

"Of course. According to the Frieza Force, they're looking for the Saiyans who wiped out the Armored Squadron. That must mean you, right?"

North Kai replied, his own heart shaken as he spoke.

The Armored Squadron? Wasn't that Cooler's special forces?

They were even more fearsome than the Ginyu Force. Could this group of Saiyans really have defeated them?

He had his doubts, but there weren't many Saiyans left. The prince from Planet Vegeta couldn't possibly be strong enough to do something like that.

That left this group of Saiyans as the only possibility.

North Kai's words confirmed their suspicions. Unless something unexpected had happened, Frieza was looking for them!

They fell silent at once.

An immense pressure descended upon them.

Who could beat Frieza?

Not only the Saiyans, but even North Kai was powerless. He, too, fell silent.

The Guardian of Earth and Popo, however, looked baffled. Was this Frieza and the Frieza Force really that terrifying?

Even the Kai, whose level of life was higher than his, and this group of fearsome aliens had fallen silent because of them.

That only made them more curious!
