Champa saw this and also flashed onto the stage, the two Gods of Destruction confronting each other on the ring.

The referee stood at the edge of the ring, his face pale, his hands and feet trembling.

Caught between the majesty of the Gods of Destruction and the rules of the tournament, he was in a difficult position, muttering to himself:

"This... this isn't according to protocol... but Lord God of Destruction..."

He couldn't even finish his sentence, lacking the courage to step forward and stop Beerus.

"Beerus! You've gone too far!"

Champa rose angrily from the spectator stands, his figure flashing as he landed on the ring to stand face-to-face with Beerus, hands on his hips, his face full of annoyance.

"The match is already over, yet you're still here bullying my contestant. Are you a sore loser?"

Although he didn't care how Frost had won, Beerus not giving him face in front of so many people was something he could not tolerate.

Frost, caught in the middle of the two Gods of Destruction on the ring, was scared out of his wits.

He could clearly feel two world-destroying auras enveloping him, making it hard to even breathe; his body was as stiff as a rock, and only one thought remained in his mind:

It's over, they definitely found out...

Cold sweat streamed down his cheeks, soaking his combat suit.

Beerus ignored Champa's questioning entirely, his eyes fixed intently on Frost as he suddenly stepped forward, grabbed his right arm, and lifted it forcefully.

With a "crack," Frost's wrist was forcibly straightened, revealing an inconspicuous little hole containing a needle so thin it was almost invisible, its tip stained with a tiny drop of green liquid.

"Look at the fine contestant you've raised."

Beerus's voice was ice-cold, the killing intent in his eyes practically overflowing.

"Winning a match with such low-down, dirty tricks—does your Universe 6 have no bottom line?"

Frost, held by his arm by Beerus, grimaced in pain but dared not struggle, only trembling all over, unable to utter a single word.

That poison needle was his trump card, hidden for years in a special device on his wrist; as long as it touched an opponent's skin, it could instantly inject a potent anesthetic, causing them to lose consciousness within three seconds. He never expected a God of Destruction to see through it at a glance.

"So that's how it was!"

Piccolo, in the Universe 7 spectator stands, slapped his thigh in sudden realization.

"No wonder Gohan suddenly fainted; it turns out this brat used a poison needle to ambush him!"

Krillin nodded along, his face filled with indignation:

"How despicable! Using such methods—this isn't a real fight at all!"

Son Gohan looked at the poison needle, his fists clenched tightly, feeling both angry and regretful; if he had been just a little more careful, he wouldn't have fallen for such a trap.

Champa leaned in, and upon seeing the poison needle on Frost's wrist, his expression changed instantly.

Dense beads of cold sweat broke out on his forehead; remembering how he had just been smugly mocking Beerus, he now felt his face burning as if he had been slapped hard several times.

"You... you actually dared to play me!"

Champa's voice was shaking, not from fear, but from rage.

"I thought you had actually beaten Son Gohan, but it turns out you relied on such filthy methods! You've made me lose all face in front of Beerus!"

The referee rubbed his eyes, and after confirming he hadn't misidentified the poison needle, he immediately raised his arm and announced loudly:

"Correcting the match result! Universe 6 contestant Frost used illegal methods to interfere with the match; he is judged to have lost his eligibility! The first match goes to Universe 7!"

"Impossible... how could Mr. Frost do such a thing?"

Cabba shook his head in disbelief, his body swaying slightly.

"Your strength is clearly so great, why would you resort to such petty tricks? I have always respected you!"

He simply could not accept that the powerhouse he had always admired was actually a villain who won through conspiracy and deceit.

"Respect? Cabba, is your brain filled with water?"

Vados's voice, carrying a faint smile, drifted over from the Universe 6 spectator stands.

"He isn't a powerhouse worth respecting at all; in fact, he is the leader of a group of space pirates who raid the Egg Sauce Planet."

She paused, then continued:

"This guy's favorite thing to do is incite wars between planets, wait for them to both be battered and exhausted, then step in under the guise of peacemaking, buy up the desolate land at a low price, and sell it off at a high price after redevelopment. He makes a fortune."

"Huh? Space pirates?"

Caulifla put her hands on her hips and rolled her eyes, her tone filled with disdain.

"I said this guy had a face that made me want to puke; turns out he really isn't anything good. Cabba, you actually respected trash like this? Is your head filled with rocks?"

"Caulifla! Don't go too far!"

Cabba's face flushed red, feeling both hurt and stifled.

"Even if he is a pirate, you shouldn't say it like that..."

"What? Did I say something wrong?"

Caulifla raised an eyebrow.

"Is a pirate who wins matches by playing dirty really worth your respect? Cabba, your brain is truly beyond saving."

Cabba was left speechless by the retort, only able to grumble to himself in his heart:

There is simply no communicating with someone like Caulifla!

On the arena stage, Beerus shoved Frost's arm away, causing Frost to stumble back a few steps, nearly falling over.

Beerus raised his right hand, and purple-red Hakai energy instantly condensed in his palm, carrying an aura that threatened to destroy everything. He looked at Frost with icy eyes:

"You and that guy Frieza are essentially no different; you are both parasites of the universe. Keeping you around is just a waste."

As soon as the words left his lips, the Hakai energy in his hand shot toward Frost.

"Wait! Beerus!"

Champa suddenly spoke up to stop him, his body also shrouded in the aura of a God of Destruction, black Hakai energy gathering in his own hand as well.

"This is trash from our Universe 6; it should be erased by my own hand! Don't you go stealing my work!"

He was currently itching to tear Frost into a thousand pieces; this guy hadn't just deceived him, but had also caused him to lose such face in front of his arch-rival.

Beerus glanced at Champa, a mocking smile curling the corner of his mouth:

"Fine, since you want to clean up your own house, I'll give you the courtesy."

Having said that, he retracted the Hakai energy in his hand, stepped to the side, and stood with his arms crossed, watching quietly.

"But make it quick; don't waste time."

"You piece of trash! How dare you deceive a God of Destruction!"

Champa glared at Frost, closing in step by step, the Hakai energy in his hand growing increasingly dense.

"Today, I am going to erase you until not even dust remains!"

Frost was so terrified his legs went weak, and he collapsed to the ground with a thud, kowtowing incessantly:

"Lord Champa, spare me! I won't ever dare do it again! Please, let me go!"

He was now regretting his actions so deeply his guts were turning green; had he known he would be discovered by a God of Destruction, he wouldn't have dared to use his poison needle even if it meant death.

Just as Champa's Hakai energy was about to touch Frost, a figure suddenly emerged from the Universe 7 spectator stands, walking step by step toward the arena.

"Wait, Champa."

Vegeta's voice was as cold as ice. He stopped walking and looked up at the two Gods of Destruction on the stage.

"Leave this trash to me to handle."

Champa turned to look at Vegeta, his brow furrowing in extreme impatience:

"Who are you? Do you have any place to speak here?"

"I am the next contestant for Universe 7, Vegeta."

Vegeta's gaze was sharp, locked firmly onto Frost on the stage.

"For a piece of scum who wins through conspiracies and tricks, simple erasure is too easy on him. In the upcoming match, I will defeat him with my own hands and let him know what true strength is."

He paused, then continued:

"After I win, you can dispose of him however you like."

"Huh? You, a mere contestant, dare to order me around?"

Champa let out a cold laugh, his attitude incredibly arrogant.

"I want to erase him right now, what are you going to do about it?"

"I don't intend to do anything."

Vegeta met Champa's gaze without a hint of fear.

"I just think that letting such trash die in battle is the greatest punishment for him. If you insist on doing it now, then I don't mind sparring with you."

"Spar? You? Based on what?"

Champa laughed uproariously, as if he had heard the greatest joke in the world.

"Do you know who I am? I am a God of Destruction! You, a mortal, actually dare to challenge me? Do you believe I could crush you with a single finger?"

The pressure of the God of Destruction radiating from his body instantly bore down on Vegeta.

"If you're smart, get lost and don't get in my way, or I'll erase you along with him!"

"Oh no!"

Piccolo's expression changed drastically, his heart instantly tightening.

"Champa is a God of Destruction; his strength is on par with Lord Beerus. Even though Vegeta is very strong, he could never be a match for a God of Destruction!"

Krillin grew anxious as well:

"Why is this guy Vegeta suddenly being so impulsive? Challenging a God of Destruction—isn't that just asking for death?"

Son Goku frowned. Although he knew Vegeta's temper, he hadn't expected him to be this reckless. However, looking at Vegeta's resolute expression, he felt a bit of admiration in his heart.

As expected of Vegeta, he really is brave.

Lin Fan leaned back in his seat, his eyes narrowing slightly.
