Background / History

The Alliance seeks to move beyond Blue Star’s existing territory and “punch through the Exotic Beast Forest,” viewing Class Changers as Blue Star’s future masters 74. Its long-term strategy centers on cultivating powerful young Class Changers for an approaching era of expansion and contact with other worlds 75.

The Alliance administers the month-long Grand Exam for newly awakened Class Changers. Beyond serving as an official graduation assessment and qualification for joining major guilds, corporations, and Alliance departments, the Grand Exam is conducted through a territory-wide artificial dungeon that also functions as a defense against external invasions 3 25.

The Alliance benefited enormously from a previous secret realm, obtaining two pieces of Mythical Grade equipment. The generation associated with that expedition, including Liu Xingsi, supported its development for centuries. By the time of the new secret-realm preparations, the Huaxia Alliance was regarded as Blue Star’s strongest alliance in raw strength, surpassing even the Lighthouse Alliance 141.

During the Provincial Selection, the Alliance planned to select and nurture the strongest ten teams, including arrangements to raise leading participants from each city to Level 10 before the event 74. The selection’s Abyss challenges also served the Alliance’s strategic pursuit of a Spatial Node—a stable cross-realm passage with major military and transport value 121.

After Chen Ming acquired the Spatial Node, the Alliance offered to manage it while recognizing his ownership and benefits from the resource 130. From the provincial assessment involving Morning Light Squad and Golden Steel Squad, the Alliance selected only those top two teams for its special focus, awarding them two of the ten Alliance-wide slots. The broader top-ten group was assigned a separate and more important mission than the Great Expansion 132. The ten Alliance teams were assembled through provincial quotas rather than selected entirely from that single assessment 133.

The ten selected teams were brought to Alliance Headquarters in Yujing City and trained for entry into a secret realm. Their provisional requirements were Class Level 25 or above, with at least one main combatant achieving Energy Manifestation before Level 20 136 141. Following the Illusion Sea Temple expedition, the Alliance entrusted Chen Ming with leading its force into the Myriad Worlds Ancient Ruins, a secret realm involving Class Changers from ten thousand worlds 275.

After the selected geniuses entered the rift leading to the Myriad Worlds Ancient Ruins and failed to return for an extended period, the Alliance constructed watchtowers around the valley and assigned former members of the Ten Great Teams to rotate guard duty 473. The prolonged absence fostered rumors that the missing geniuses had died, until Chen Ming’s projection appeared above the valley through his resonance with Blue Star’s world energy, restoring hope among the Alliance’s leadership 473.

While the expedition remained away from Blue Star, Chen Ming continued gathering World Law Fragments through the World Beast War. By the later Desolate Star campaign, he possessed ten fragments and considered his principal mission there complete, but continued fighting to obtain more. His preparations were tied to the belief that Blue Star needed a true Deity to have a basis for defending itself against uncertain developments in the Chaos Star Domain 541.

Alliance Headquarters

Alliance Headquarters is located within Yujing City’s inner city, functioning as a city within a city outside Yujing City’s jurisdiction 136.

• It is divided into upper and lower districts; the upper district is a city in the sky for influential figures 136.
• The Upper District serves as the Alliance’s highest governing area and is ordinarily accessible only to Saint Grade Class Changers 277.
• Chen Ming and the selected expedition members were the first group permitted to visit the Upper District as an exception to its usual access restrictions 277.
• The lower district contains villas for selected teams and facilities associated with the Elite Department 137.
