Background / History
The Alliance seeks to move beyond Blue Star’s existing territory and “punch through the Exotic Beast Forest,” viewing Class Changers as Blue Star’s future masters 74. Its long-term strategy centers on cultivating powerful young Class Changers for an approaching era of expansion and contact with other worlds 75.
The Alliance administers the month-long Grand Exam for newly awakened Class Changers. Beyond serving as an official graduation assessment and qualification for joining major guilds, corporations, and Alliance departments, the Grand Exam is conducted through a territory-wide artificial dungeon that also functions as a defense against external invasions 3 25.
During the Provincial Selection, the Alliance planned to select and nurture the strongest ten teams, including arrangements to raise leading participants from each city to Level 10 before the event 74. The selection’s Abyss challenges also served the Alliance’s strategic pursuit of a Spatial Node—a stable cross-realm passage with major military and transport value 121.
After Chen Ming acquired the Spatial Node, the Alliance offered to manage it while recognizing his ownership and benefits from the resource 130. The Alliance later selected only the top two assessment teams for special focus, while assigning the broader top ten teams to a separate and more important mission than the Great Expansion 132.
The ten selected teams were brought to Alliance Headquarters in Yujing City and trained for entry into a secret realm. Their provisional requirements were Class Level 25 or above, with at least one main combatant achieving Energy Manifestation before Level 20 136 141. Following the Illusion Sea Temple expedition, the Alliance entrusted Chen Ming with leading its force into the Myriad Worlds Ancient Ruins, a secret realm involving Class Changers from ten thousand worlds 275.
Organization and Facilities
Alliance Headquarters
Alliance Headquarters is located within Yujing City’s inner city, functioning as a city within a city outside Yujing City’s jurisdiction 136.
- It is divided into upper and lower districts; the upper district is a city in the sky for influential figures 136.
- The Upper District serves as the Alliance’s highest governing area and is ordinarily accessible only to Saint Grade Class Changers 277.
- The lower district contains villas for selected teams and facilities associated with the Elite Department 137.
- The Northern District Martial Arena hosts gatherings and ranking battles between Alliance teams 137 141.
Eastern District
The Alliance’s Eastern District is a leveling and dungeon-training area.
- It contains 11,036 uncleared dungeons, including five Level One Beast Forests and one Level Two Beast Forest 155.
- The Alliance provided participating teams with four Level 40 healer teams and one Saint Grade healer 155.
- Dungeon Rune Stone vaults and permanently open teleportation arrays allow Class Changers to enter combat-focused challenge dungeons 155.
Dust Domain Pure Land
The Alliance cooperates with the Elf Race in using the Dust Domain Pure Land, where Class Changers can create mental clones to battle invincible guards and raise skill levels over fifteen days without consuming mental energy 152.
- Liu Xingsi left a spiritual avatar to guard the Pure Land; his spiritual potential is stated as 71% 155.
- The Pure Land’s temporary closure requires participants to reclaim their mental avatars and spiritual potential 212.
- Chen Ming intends to eventually establish his own mental Pure Land after reclaiming additional mental potential 211.
Policies and Programs
Grand Exam
The Alliance’s Grand Exam is a thirty-day assessment for each new generation of awakened Class Changers.
- Its graduation rating is an official certification used when entering major guilds, corporations, and Alliance departments 3.
- The examination is conducted through a super-large-scale artificial dungeon spanning Alliance territory 3.
- The Alliance concealed the top 49 individual rankings and top 10 team rankings during the final examination stage to protect those receiving special cultivation 198.
- The concealed rankings were released at the Grand Exam’s conclusion; Chen Ming ranked first overall as a Level 29 C-rank Shield Guard 278.
Special Assessment and Team Selection
The Alliance uses assessments to identify teams for concentrated cultivation.
- It initially intended to nurture the top ten teams from the Provincial Selection 74.
- Following the final assessment rankings, only Morning Light Squad and Golden Steel Squad received special focus, while the larger top-ten group was assigned another mission 132.
- City Lord Xia proposed ranking the SS-rank Morning Light Squad first among the selected teams, ahead of the SSS-rank Purple Firmament Team and Yuqing Squad 134.
- The Alliance treats Chen Ming as a hidden-level genius, restricting the public release of information concerning his combat ability and achievements 192.
Great Expansion
The Great Expansion is the Alliance’s planned advance into the Exotic Beast Forest.
- Teams not selected for the special mission received City Lord Tokens for the operation 132.
- The Alliance’s broader objective is to expand Blue Star’s territory rather than remain confined to one region 74 75.
Secret Realm Expedition
The Alliance trained selected teams for a secret realm expected to appear after the Grand Exam 141.
- The realm was identified as the Myriad Worlds Ancient Ruins, an event drawing Class Changers from ten thousand worlds 275.
- The realm’s final reward is believed to be an increase to Blue Star’s level cap 277.
- Because of its danger and Blue Star’s relative weakness, the Alliance originally planned to send only Chen Ming’s team 277.
- The eventual expedition force consisted of six SSS-rank squads, thirty Class Changers in total, led by Alliance elders and city lords to the secret-realm entrance 278.
- The potential level-cap increase could allow Chu He, the Alliance’s quasi-divine guardian, to become a divine Class Changer 277.
Relations with Other Races
Elf Race
The Elf Race is an ally of the Huaxia Alliance, though the relationship includes strategic caution and differing access to resources 122 154.
- Alliance and Elf Race Class Changers trained together in the Dust Domain Pure Land and challenged Eastern District dungeons together 155.
- The two sides jointly announced an operation to exterminate the evolved Howling Moon Wolf Pack 175.
- Alliance higher-ups delayed negotiations over Qing Muyu’s transfer to Morning Light Squad, later reaching a more cooperative stance after Chen Ming’s strength was recognized 177 191.
- The Elf Race did not receive the Alliance’s separate delivery of rare Level 20 awakening resources 155.
Other Worlds and Factions
The Alliance treats cross-realm passages and Abysses as strategic assets.
- It competed for the Spatial Node against Class Changers from Dim Star and another world represented by a God-Serving Priest 121.
- It has alliances with other Class Changer worlds, while the Illusion Sea Temple dungeon draws the attention of all alliances 202.
- The Alliance learned of two additional Abysses within its territory, which Chen Ming planned to explore for other-world resources 192.
- The Holy See Alliance offered no resistance when Chen Ming’s Elite Department took control of all four Temple Dungeon entrances 211.
- The Nether Sea Race is allied with the Lighthouse Alliance, the Insect Race is allied with the Holy See Alliance, and the Black Dwarf Race is allied with the Wokou Alliance; the Huaxia Alliance regards the Nether Sea Race as an enemy rather than an ally 202.
- The Alliance’s Elite Department was initially driven from an Illusion Sea Temple entrance by the combined forces of the Lighthouse Alliance, Wokou Alliance, Nether Sea Race, and Black Dwarf Race 203.
