"Naoya, this afternoon, take Mie and the others, bring my formal invitations, and invite the heads of the other Konoha clans to visit the Police Force."

Uchiha Tekka seized the opportunity to charge into the mist, his Sharingan scanning the surroundings in search of Kaito Uchiha.

He did not expect Kaito Uchiha to emerge from right behind him.

Sensing movement at his back, Uchiha Tekka swiftly drew a kunai and slashed backward.

"Clang."

The kunai was blocked.

Looking up, Tekka found himself staring directly into a pair of three-tomoe Sharingan.

This is bad, he thought, but it was already a step too late.

Seeing Tekka frozen in place, Kaito Uchiha decisively took the initiative, burst out of the mist, and launched an assault on Uchiha Inabi.

His fists rained down rapidly upon Uchiha Inabi.

The rhythmic thud of fists and kicks striking echoed throughout the shrine.

The clansmen watching the duel had all activated their three-tomoe Sharingan, observing the fight with great interest.

They saw Kaito dominating Inabi; previously, Inabi had always held the upper hand, and no one expected Kaito's strength to increase so drastically after injecting the White Zetsu Cell.

For a moment, the crowd felt a surge of fervor, wishing they could inject the White Zetsu Cell on the spot.

However, Uchiha Inabi in the arena was not having such a pleasant time; Kaito Uchiha's punches were growing heavier, and he was struggling to block them.

Seeing Inabi's defensive posture begin to falter, Kaito knew his chance had arrived. A smile tugged at the corner of his mouth as he delivered a swift kick to Inabi's knee, his hands never ceasing their barrage.

Watching the kick approach, Uchiha Inabi let out a silent wail.

Sent tumbling across the ground after being kicked, Uchiha Inabi immediately conceded.

"I yield!"

Hearing this, Kaito ceased his attack, formed the Seal of Reconciliation, and pulled Inabi to his feet.

By now, the mist in the arena had mostly dissipated.

Once the crowd saw the situation clearly, they realized Uchiha Tekka was still frozen by the genjutsu, unable to move.

"Kaito, help Tekka release the genjutsu," Masaki Uchiha spoke up.

"Yes."

"Genjutsu: Release."

Though Tekka looked embarrassed after the genjutsu was lifted, he still formed the Seal of Reconciliation with Kaito.

Masaki Uchiha formed a single-handed seal to dispel the barrier and announced the result.

"The winner is Kaito Uchiha!"
