Su Bai later used a Rinnegan in his right eye, but it was an acquired and replaceable eye rather than a confirmed further evolution of his Sharingan. He could remove it and reinstall his original Kamui eye. 208 209

Background

Su Bai's Sharingan initially existed only as a locked entry in his system, identified as “Sharingan (Kamui Mangekyō).” Its activation required the Yin Attribute, which represents spiritual and mental energy. 9 12 24

The eye awakened as a One-Tomoe Sharingan while Su Bai was imprisoned and attacked by other prisoners. Its initial activation was accompanied by bloodlust and an urge to lose control; investing an Attribute Point into Yin immediately suppressed the effect. 23 24

On Blue Star, the Sharingan is feared rather than coveted. Information about it is restricted, and it is known as the Cursed Eye because every previously recorded wielder reportedly went insane under its extreme mental burden. Xia Hong warns that even removing the eyes would not necessarily prevent the bloodline's mental effects from manifesting. 28 33

Despite this reputation, Su Bai continually develops the Sharingan through Yin Attribute growth, eventually awakening its Mangekyō stage after the Butterfly Organization targets him and Chang Rui is injured. 118 134

The Sharingan grants exceptional visual processing, allowing its user to track high-speed motion, perceive chakra circulation, and anticipate an opponent's actions.
