Shameless Danzo!

Konoha, Root Organization Headquarters.

Danzo, who had been waiting for news, sensed that the mission might have failed an hour after Torune departed. Assassination battles between ninjas are very short.

"Huh?" Obito heard footsteps outside. The arrivals weren't trying to conceal their movements and were barging into the courtyard so openly!

"Uchiha Obito! You are now suspected of secretly assassinating a Root member. Please come back with us for an investigation!" Yamanaka Fu shouted loudly, wearing a mask.

Obito almost fainted from anger. He had truly witnessed shamelessness! Turning black into white, slapping a false accusation on you as they pleased!

It was clearly Root members who tried to assassinate him, yet he had become the perpetrator!

The raging inferno made Obito somewhat lose control. Tsunade wasn't here, so if you're looking for death, don't blame me for being ruthless!

Obito quickly went to Shizune's room. Little Shizune was still fast asleep. Obito silently absorbed Shizune into the Kamui space.

"Go!" Yamanaka Fu gestured, and the Root ninjas behind him drew their weapons and charged into the house.

When Tsunade returned from the Third Hokage's, she saw the ravaged house and her heart immediately sank. She rushed into the house, and the sight of blood and dismembered limbs all over the floor almost made Tsunade collapse.

Obito put away the slug, returned to his house, and changed into black clothes.

"Cheping, go contact Clan Head Fugaku. I have something to discuss with him. We'll meet at his house in half an hour."

"Yes," Cheping replied.

"Clan Head Fugaku, long time no see." In the same quiet room, Fugaku looked even more mature after a year.
