Background / History

Qian Renxue was once the Angel God, but after her defeat she had fallen to level 89. Although stripped of her divine position, she retained god-level physical and spiritual foundations, as well as the Angel God Sword. She encountered the six-year-old Qian Yu after he revealed knowledge of secrets that should have been impossible for him to know. Desperate for another chance against Tang San and for the possibility of resurrecting the dead, she agreed to give Qian Yu all of her power. 1

Her sacrifice was deliberate and comprehensive. She planned to grant Qian Yu a second martial soul related to the Angel Holy Sword, transfer her remaining power, improve his body and spiritual power, and fuse the Angel Set into him. She could not guarantee that any divine soul fragment would survive the process. 3 Her soul ultimately endured within the soul ring of Qian Yu's second martial soul, allowing her to awaken intermittently as he grew stronger. 45 46

Even while reduced to a soul, Qian Renxue continued assisting Qian Yu. She warned him of Ning Rongrong's spiritual search, helped him survive the absorption of a 100,000-year soul ring, and developed her own strength through research into soul attacks and Life Gold. 46 66 100 During the campaign against the Evil Emperor, her divine consciousness suppressed the opponent's mental power; afterward, she personally detained the Evil Emperor's remnant soul. 108 110 112

Qian Yu later used the Golden Tree and Life Gold to recreate her body. The new body was powerful by contemporary standards but weaker than her original one, initially supporting only a frail, ringless state. The Golden Tree enabled her to self-condense three soul rings and agreed to assist her future cultivation. 140 142

Unable to follow the path of light and holiness she once represented, Qian Renxue chose to embrace darkness. After regaining godhood through the combined inheritances of the Water God and God of Darkness, Qian Renxue rose to the God King realm. Her lingering obsession remained the fate of Qian Daoliu and Bibi Dong. Learning that they could not be restored in her own timeline, she reincarnated into a parallel era to change their fates, even accepting that her own existence there might be erased. 244

In that parallel world, she cultivated from birth with her retained God King memories, awakened the Water Dragon King martial soul, strengthened Spirit Hall, accepted Bibi Dong as a disciple, and intercepted the Sea God's inheritance. She later defeated Tang San and shattered the Asura God King's descending divine consciousness, then returned to the God Realm after passing the Sea God's inheritance to Shui Bing'er. 244 246

Personality

Qian Renxue is driven by guilt, pride, and an extreme willingness to gamble everything on a narrow chance of redemption. Her choice to sacrifice herself for Qian Yu becomes the defining proof of her resolve; Qian Yu later identifies that decision as the point at which she was truly “reborn.” 1 163

Her former confidence as the Angel God is tempered by self-awareness. She acknowledges that she once possessed raw power without the ability to use it well, and she repeatedly struggles with the label of “loser” attached to her past defeat. 101 163 Recognition from the Water Dragon King restores her confidence and renews her determination to become a god again. 164

She is also deeply obsessive about her family and past. Even as a God King, she cannot let go of Qian Daoliu and Bibi Dong's deaths, ultimately abandoning her position and security to alter another timeline. 244 After returning, she directs her anger toward the Sea God and Asura God King, seeking answers and revenge. 247
