Structure and Laws
- Divine positions recognized by the God Realm persist within its rules even after an inheritor is defeated or a position is shattered; the Angel God and Rakshasa God positions are cited as examples. 95
- A divine position serves as certification under the rules and symbolizes an orthodox, established deity. A god-level being without one is treated as an unrecognized “wild god” and may be unable to endure. 112
- The realm records every deity's ascension. Qian Yu's concealed arrival was discovered two days after he entered. 203
- First-Class Gods rely on the God Realm, whereas God Kings can draw upon primordial chaos beyond it. 242
- The God Realm Hub's authority is a major source of power and governance. Goodness and Evil intended to transfer its authority to God King successors. 130
- Its capacity to produce new deities was constrained because the sealed Golden Dragon King occupied a substantial portion of its space. 203
Divine Positions and Succession
- Departing deities may select successors from lower realms through God Trials. Most available positions were Second-Tier, while First-Tier assessments were exceptionally demanding. 95
- The Fire God was the only First-Tier deity willing to offer Tang San's companions an assessment opportunity at that time. 95
- The Angel God position remained available within the realm's rules after its prior inheritor fell; Qian Yu later drew upon it through the Angel God's inheritance site. 203
- Hu Liena successfully summoned the Rakshasa God Position from the God Realm and became its new inheritor. 203
- Soul beasts were initially barred from godhood unless they became vassals of a deity. 112
- Qian Yu later lifted the God-Banning Decree, formally allowing soul beasts to become gods. 242
History
The God Realm was initially presented as the destination of Tang San and the Sea God, where divine offices could be passed to suitable successors. Its laws continued to preserve recognized divine positions even when their previous holders had fallen. 95
Qian Yu entered the realm covertly after Hu Liena's summoning of the Rakshasa God Position created a disturbance. He hid in the former Angel God's temple, used Immortal Spirit Power to transform his body, and reached Third-Class God-level divine and spiritual power within two days. The Destruction God King subsequently discovered his recorded ascension and welcomed him as the new Angel God. 203
A later storm nearly swept the God Realm from its original boundaries. While the existing God Kings struggled to hold it in place, Qian Yu returned as the Dragon God and joined Destruction and the others in stabilizing it. 240
After the crisis, Qian Yu convened a meeting that exposed Tang San's actions and prompted discussion of stripping divine positions from those connected to him. 241 He then proposed merging the realm with an embryonic God Realm he had created. The God Kings accepted, and the two realms gradually fused. 242
Major Events
Qian Yu's Ascension
- Qian Yu entered secretly to prevent the Fire Dragon King remnant within his soul from being detected. 203
- The Destruction God King sought to recruit him, regarding the Angel God as a powerful First-Class God position. 203
- Destruction guaranteed that, provided Qian Yu followed the realm's rules, Tang San could not harm him within the God Realm. 203
God Realm Crisis
- A major storm threatened to displace and potentially destroy the God Realm despite the efforts of multiple God Kings. 240
- Qian Yu's return as the Dragon God was initially alarming because of the old Dragon God's historical damage to the realm. 240
- Qian Yu, Destruction, Qian Renxue, and other God Kings cooperated to stabilize the realm and restore it to its original position. 240 241
Merger and Expansion
- Qian Yu proposed merging the God Realm with his embryonic realm to increase its strength and secure greater peace. 242
- The merger coincided with Rong Nianbing's breakthrough to God King and the full revival of the Water and Fire Dragon Kings. 242
- The expanded realm became the setting for renewed soul-beast godhood after the God-Banning Decree was lifted. 242
