Come forth, Shenron! (Second update)

After Sun Yu ate the Senzu Bean, his injuries healed instantly, and his combat power increased by five thousand points, breaking through the one-hundred-thousand mark overall.

Compared to the last time he nearly died fighting the androids and saw his combat power triple upon revival, this increase seemed a bit smaller, but it was not without reason.
