Shin's Perverted Eye Technique

After Tsunade learned that Shin, Kushina, and Mikoto had already mastered tree-walking and water-walking, she was no longer shocked that they had picked up the Strength of a Hundred so quickly.

"Since that's the case, I have nothing left to teach you for now. Let's start taking on missions tomorrow."

"The Rasengan can be thrown?" Kushina looked at Shin in astonishment.

"It can, but you need to make the Rasengan more dense and stable to pull it off."

In the original story, Naruto Uzumaki couldn't throw the Rasengan, but after some research, Shin had finally managed it.

The reason the Rasengan couldn't be thrown was that once it left the user's control, the irregularly rotating chakra would dissipate without someone there to stabilize it.

As long as the Rasengan was made more stable, it could be thrown.

However, this had a drawback: the chakra consumption. To make it more stable, one had to keep condensing it, which naturally increased the chakra cost.

Throwing a Rasengan consumed as much chakra as releasing three held in the hand—meaning the cost tripled.

It was a trade-off, but since Shin had vast reserves of chakra and didn't care about the consumption, it was naturally advantageous for him.

After hearing Shin's explanation and learning how to throw the Rasengan, Kushina and Tsunade's eyes lit up, while Mikoto shook her head in frustration.
