Surface World Operations

After learning of the Surface World, Qian Xunji began treating its divine inheritances as essential resources for both his own ascension and Qian San’s future. He led Qian San, Xiao Qing, Dai Zhuqing, and other youths across worlds, arranging legal identities and academy placements through Qian Renxue’s Xue Qinghe identity 48 54 56 59. He intended to merge with the Angel God position himself, while seeking a separate suitable inheritance for Qian Renxue 56. He subsequently completed the Surface World's Angel God inheritance and became a First-Level God 312 313.

He also regards securing a divine position for Qian San as a central priority. The Angel God King provided him an Angel Soul Cover made from origin divine power for this purpose, and Qian Xunji later considered the inheritances of the Goodness and Evil Gods for his son 100 52. Qian San subsequently gained the Surface World God King of Goodness’s recognition and qualification for that divine inheritance; its final trial requires Qian San to fight Tang San to the death 195. Countering the Angel God King

Although Qian Xunji initially accepted the Angel God King’s patronage and Nine Trials, he has grown increasingly wary of the God King’s ruthlessness and hidden agenda. Qian Daoliu revealed that the Angel God rose to God King status by defeating and usurping the Asura God’s path through the divine artifact [Inverse Celestial Balance] 202 206. Qian Xunji therefore resolved to use the Asura God’s remaining bloodline as a countermeasure against the Angel God King rather than rely on the Angel lineage alone 206.

He recovered the [Asura Heart-Severing Seal] from the Heaven Dou Empire’s treasury and selected Dai Zhuqing as a prospective inheritor of the Asura God’s mantle. He provided her the seal and instructions to seek the relevant spatial passage and its guardian, while personally overseeing the cultivation of the younger generation 206 208.

Qian Xunji also uncovered that the Angel God King’s supposed order to guard emerging spatial passages concealed another purpose. The divine power in Qian Xunji’s Angel God Bones activates near these passages and silently reinforces their spatial structure, making him a mobile formation core for the construction of the interworld connection 253 256.

When he used the [Oath of the Angel] to reinforce an emerging passage, the connection expanded and stabilized, but it also caused three simultaneous summons to pull at him from the Surface World, Haotian Hall, and Angel Sect 259. He treated the Angel Sect’s call as potentially dangerous and dispatched Huang Tian, carrying a drop of his blood essence, to investigate it covertly 259.

By completing the Surface World's Angel God inheritance while retaining the Oath of the Angel, Qian Xunji placed himself and the borrowed super divine artifact beyond the Angel God King's immediate reach. The realm barrier prevented the God King from reclaiming it, provoking anger and ridicule within the Inner World's divine council 312.

After ascending, Qian Xunji discovered that the Oath of the Angel still contained its original owner's soul imprint and therefore remained outside his complete control. He resolved that he would rather destroy the artifact than permit it to return to the Angel God King 313. In a later exchange with the God King of Destruction, he outwardly denied any ambition to use Reverse Celestial Balance to scheme for a God King position, maintaining a deferential posture despite the provocative suggestion 318.

Restoration of the Angel Sect

Following the Angel Sect’s abandonment of him during Haotian Hall’s pursuit, Qian Xunji regarded its elders as self-serving traitors. A-Dong’s Resurrection

A-Dong’s cocoon remained one of Qian Xunji’s foremost concerns from the moment of his transmigration. He preserved it in a dark, damp cave and continued cultivating near it for years, hoping that she would eventually hatch 2 307.

Decades after her sacrifice, the cocoon finally broke open in an underground cavern. Qian Xunji later informed Qian San that his mother had survived through a remnant of life preserved in the cocoon and had revived in the Inner World's Star Dou Forest. She was still recovering and had not regained her former hundred-thousand-year cultivation. He also explained that she retained the unique Blue Silver Spider Emperor position, affecting the possible evolution of Qian San's maternal martial soul 348.

Approach to Godhood

After a period of seclusion, Qian Xunji emerged with authority sufficient to summon the Spirit Hall Empire’s powerful elders and its transformed soul beasts to Douluo Hall 304 307. By this stage, he was recognized as a Quasi-God and announced that he would take the final step toward godhood in one month 307.

His emergence followed the successful completion of the eighth Angel Trial. He deliberately postponed the ninth trial for a month so that the Surface World's Qian Daoliu, whose sacrifice was required as Angel High Priest, could settle his affairs. Qian Xunji privately intended to resurrect him after obtaining divine power 305.

He ordered the gathered powerhouses to maintain stability during the coming transition, warning them against unrest while Qian Daoliu undertakes the sacrifice required by the Ninth Angel Trial 307. Following his ascension, the Spirit Hall Empire's worshippers, ferocious beasts, and imperial troops knelt before Qian Xunji and acknowledged him as the Angel God. Qian Xunji continued to support the empire's administration without personally assuming its routine workload. Qian Xunji has used the artifact to sever Chen Rong’s arm, kill Da Ming, intimidate the Light and Dark Dragon Kings’ remnant souls, and strengthen cross-world spatial passages 45 35 216 259. When employed on an emerging realm gate, it expanded and stabilized the passage, though the resulting shockwave incapacitated the Surface World’s guarding forces 259.

He retained the artifact while completing the Surface World's Angel God inheritance and emerged wielding it alongside the Angel Sacred Sword. The interworld barrier prevented the Angel God King from retrieving the borrowed weapon 312.

With his son Qian San, he is a protective and proud father who provides resources, guidance, and unwavering support—even taking time from seclusion to personally ensure Qian San’s soul ring acquisition and growth 9 17 18 22 44. He later teaches Qian San the first three Nine Absolute Angel Arts, seeks a divine inheritance that will ensure his son’s future safety, and gifts him three extremely high-grade soul bones 52 100 171.

He treats Xiao Qing as a surrogate daughter, shielding her, giving her a Hidden Orchid and sacred feather, and confiding in her about his own past 20 22 46. He later arranges her transformation through Da Ming’s bloodline core and includes her among the key members of the Surface World team 46 47 48. He also intends to secure the Evil God King’s inheritance for her after Qian San’s divine path is established 171.

His bond with Dugu Bo is one of master and vassal: he threatens Dugu Bo’s granddaughter to secure loyalty but later rewards him with a spirit bone 17 45. He also dominates the Surface World's Dugu Bo, eventually offering him the leadership of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan in exchange for cooperation 97 98. With his own father Qian Daoliu, he takes the lead in planning, revealing the truth of his experiences and directing his father’s next moves 13. He separately reveals the existence of the Inner World to the Surface World's Qian Daoliu, whom he later defeats in battle; that counterpart then acknowledges him as the future leader 30 64.

Toward enemies like Yu Fengzhi, Chen Rong, and Yu Yuanzhen, Qian Xunji is ruthless and dominant, overpowering them in combat and forcing submission 44 45 97 98. He also maintains a romantic relationship with Huang Tian, who willingly follows his arrangements and assists him in obtaining resources, soul bones, and soul rings 46 53 161. Their alliance has expanded into a shared plan to restore the Dragon God, and Qian Xunji supported Huang Tian’s evolution through multiple Dragon King inheritances 213. His relationship with the Surface World's Qian Renxue begins with alarm and wariness upon his sudden revelation, but develops into a warm father-daughter bond after she accepts him as a father from another world 39 40. After arriving in the Surface World, he entrusts her with arranging the youths’ identities and discusses his intent to take the Angel God position while finding her another inheritance 56.

Qian Xunji also selected Dai Zhuqing as the candidate to inherit the Asura God’s remaining legacy. He entrusted her with the Asura Heart-Severing Seal as part of his preparation to resist the Angel God King’s schemes 206 208.

His relationship with A-Dong remains defined by the original body’s love, her sacrifice, and his determination to preserve her possibility of resurrection. He cultivated near her cocoon for years, and the reborn A-Dong remembers him only fragmentarily as “Brother Ji” 2 307. He later confirms her survival and recovery to Qian San, although their reunion is not established in that disclosure 348.

Qian San

Qian San’s closest relationship is with his father Qian Xunji, whom he respects deeply and eagerly seeks approval from; he reciprocates his father’s care by offering secret techniques and relying on his guidance 15 18 19. Qian Xunji later entrusts him with the truth of the Surface World, trains him in the Nine Absolute Angel Arts, and gives him multiple god-level and near-god-level soul bones 48 52 171. Qian San ultimately gains the recognition of the Surface World God King of Goodness, fulfilling a major element of his father’s long-term plan 195.

With Xiao Qing, he begins with a competitive spar, quickly moves to a sibling-like bond—publicly acknowledging her as his older sister—and later confesses romantic love, vowing to protect her even at the cost of his own life 5 6 19 22 23. He treats Dai Zhuqing with respect and kindness, defeating her in combat but offering constructive advice, and she later chooses to follow him 39 48. Qian San is also connected to Dugu Bo, who has secretly protected him for years at Qian Xunji’s command 19 44. He interacts with Niu Lanjun and Ao Shushun as teammates, recognizing their abilities 48.

Qian Xunji's early guidance emphasized developing Qian San's actual strengths rather than forcing his nonpoisonous Blue Silver Spider into an unsuitable poison route. He accepted his son's concealed secrets, selected the Iron-Eroding Polymorphic Spider for its metal-related potential, and warned him to distinguish Ning Dagang's useful scholarship from reckless theories 8.

When Qian San later learned that A-Dong was alive, Qian Xunji calmed his surging soul power and explained both her recovery and the restriction her Emperor position imposed on his martial soul. His willingness to support an alternative evolution route in the Surface World reinforced the continuing role of parental guidance in Qian San's growth 348.

Xiao Qing

Xiao Qing’s primary bond is with Qian San, whom she initially fights over bedding but grows close to; she accepts his bedding, later acknowledges him as a brother, and struggles with her feelings when he confesses love—ultimately resolving to die before him if needed 5 6 19 22 23. With Qian Xunji, she develops a father-daughter-like trust: he reveals his past, gives her protective items, and she calls him “Uncle,” later following him without hesitation 20 22 48. He also enables her rebirth as an Azure Divine Dragon through Da Ming’s bloodline core 46 47.

She forms a fast friendship with Dugu Yan, who excitedly shows off her evolved martial soul and makes Xiao Qing smile 22. Xiao Qing also shows curiosity about Huang Tian, witnessing her kiss with Qian Xunji 46. Qian Xunji further intends for her to become the eventual inheritor of the God King of Evil’s divine legacy 171.

Qian Xunji's paternal treatment also extends to ordinary comforts: he took her shopping in Heaven Dou City and gave her a storage bracelet and a card containing one hundred thousand Gold Soul Coins, deepening her sense of acceptance within his family 24.

Dugu Bo

Dugu Bo’s relationship with Qian Xunji is one of submission and loyalty. Qian Xunji threatens Dugu Bo’s granddaughter Dugu Yan to ensure his obedience, yet also rewards him with a spirit bone and offers an herb to cure Dugu Yan’s poison 17 22 45. Dugu Bo gladly accepts the role of guardian, declaring he would protect the herb garden with his life 16. He secretly protects Qian San for years and confronts powerful enemies on Qian San’s behalf 19 44.

The Surface World's Dugu Bo initially attempts to capture Qian San over the Jade Phosphorous Serpent poison issue, but Qian Xunji intervenes and easily subdues him 96 97. He subsequently cooperates with Qian Xunji against Yu Yuanzhen and is offered the position of Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan leader as a reward 97 98. The Inner World's Dugu Bo is a caring grandfather to Dugu Yan, willing to sacrifice his own soul ring ambitions for her safety 17.

Dai Zhuqing

Dai Zhuqing respects Qian San after he defeats her in combat and offers guidance; she learns from her defeat and later stands by him, even facing a Title Douluo 39 46. She is also acknowledged by Qian Xunji, who thanks her for her courage and invites her to join training 48. Qian Xunji later chooses her for the dangerous path of becoming an Asura God inheritor, granting her the Asura Heart-Severing Seal and directing her to seek its associated inheritance 206. Her relationship with Zhu Muhei is tense—she rebuffed him, and he hesitates to comfort her 39.

Qian Daoliu

Qian Xunji interacts with two counterparts of Qian Daoliu. The Inner World's Qian Daoliu is the father of his inherited body and the former Angel Sect Master; the Surface World's Qian Daoliu is the Worship Hall's Great Worshipper and Qian Renxue's grandfather, who accepts Qian Xunji after learning that he comes from another world 13 30.

His relationship with his Inner World father shifts as Qian Xunji takes the lead in planning. Initially a Limit Douluo who defeats a hundred-thousand-year soul beast, Qian Daoliu learns of his son's experiences and decides to support his schemes, agreeing to go to Asura Island 13. In the Surface World, Qian Xunji reveals the Angel Clan's original tragic fate to Qian Daoliu and obtains his support for a soul-beast hunt. He later battles that counterpart and, after winning, gains his acceptance as the future leader 30 64. With Qian Xue and Qian Renxue, the family relationships remain protective but increasingly defer to Qian Xunji’s grand plan 30 56.

Qian Xunji later visits his Inner World father on Asura Island to learn the truth behind the Angel God King’s rise to power. Qian Daoliu remains a trusted source of knowledge and support, though Qian Xunji refuses to let him accompany the Angel Sect purge, preferring to resolve the sect’s fate alone 202 206.

As Qian Xunji approaches true godhood, the Surface World's Qian Daoliu is expected to make the sacrifice required for the Ninth Angel Trial. The looming cost is understood by the Spirit Hall elders even as Qian Daoliu remains outwardly composed 307.

Qian Xunji postponed the final trial for one month to give the high priest time to settle his affairs, while privately planning to resurrect him 305. After the sacrifice and successful inheritance, he reconstructed Qian Daoliu from a surviving soul fragment. The resurrected high priest appeared as he had in his twenties and possessed God Official-level strength 311 312 313.

Qian Xunji explained that this new body could remain in the mortal realm for up to one hundred years, after which Qian Daoliu would need to ascend or suppress his strength to the Peerless Douluo level. He then entrusted him with managing the aftermath of the divine appearance in Spirit City 313.

The Inner World's Qian Daoliu remained on Asura Island. During a later visit, he recognized Qian Xunji but was troubled by the powerful dragon scent that almost entirely covered his inherited sacred Angel aura 341.

Yu Fengzhi

Yu Fengzhi is an antagonist to Qian Xunji, who overpowers and humiliates him, forcing him to send orders to assassinate Haotian Academy’s geniuses 44 45. His daughter Yu Rongrong is used as leverage to compel his submission 45. He also dismisses Dai Zhuqing when she tries to negotiate, highlighting the power imbalance 44. Although Qian Xunji later declares the matter settled, Yu Fengzhi’s compliance is rooted in fear rather than genuine loyalty 47.

After returning to the Inner World, Qian Xunji visited Yu Fengzhi with Yu Rongrong and used the sect's information network to learn about Haotian Hall's investigations and Bibi Yin's knowledge of the academy killings 199.

Huang Tian

Huang Tian is Qian Xunji’s lover and a powerful ally who accompanies him in Surface World operations. She willingly follows his arrangements, joins him in cross-world operations, and provides rare soul bones for the teachers accompanying Qian San’s team 25 28 46 53. Qian Xunji supports her ambition to gather the elemental attributes needed to perfect the Dragon God’s control over the nine great elements, personally assisting her in soul-ring hunts 92 161. He later introduces her to Qian Renxue as his lover, establishing her place in the family as Qian Renxue's “Auntie” 56.

After her body was reconstructed into a childlike form, Qian Xunji continued to protect and support her despite her altered appearance and cultivation state 150 167. Huang Tian later completed a major bloodline evolution by fusing the inheritances of five Dragon Kings, and she and Qian Xunji now share the ambition of restoring the Dragon God 213. She remains one of the few people Qian Xunji trusts with his suspicions of the Angel God King and the true danger posed by the interworld passages 256.

Following the threefold resonance triggered by the reinforced realm gate, Qian Xunji entrusted Huang Tian with infiltrating the Angel Sect using his blood essence and her Nine-Colored Dragon God’s Shedding concealment ability 259. Her investigation uncovered the Light-Fixing Platform and its reaction to his blood, making her central to uncovering the sect’s ancestral secret 260.

Their cooperation continued during his assault on Haotian Hall. Qian Xunji sent instructions through a golden feather delivered by Zhen Jun and drew attention through his confrontation with the Tang clan, allowing Huang Tian to infiltrate toward the Earth Hammer God Temple 263 264.

After his eighth trial, Huang Tian informed him that the high-level soul-beast forces of both worlds had been united in the Surface World. She continued concealing her true aura because the Golden Dragon King might attempt to devour her and seize the Nine-Colored Dragon God's Transformation fused within her 305.

Huang Tian remained composed during Qian Xunji's ascension and viewed its public recognition as a means of consolidating imperial authority. Afterward, she greeted him with familiar affection, remained unaffected by his divine pressure, and accompanied him to Dragon Valley 312 313.

Qian Renxue

Qian Renxue is initially alarmed and distrustful when Qian Xunji unexpectedly reveals himself at the Crown Prince’s Residence, believing her original father to be dead 39 40. Once he explains that he is a Qian Xunji from another world and offers her genuine parental affection, she accepts him as her father and receives the Nine Sun Holy Lotus from him to purify her Angel bloodline 40.

After his arrival in the Surface World, their relationship becomes more cooperative: Qian Xunji asks her, as Xue Qinghe, to arrange identities for the children and explains that he will claim the Angel God position himself 56. Though reluctant to surrender her original path to Angel Godhood, she agrees to support his decision after he promises to find her another appropriate divine inheritance 56 57.

By the time Qian Xunji emerges from later seclusion, Qian Renxue has become the Spirit Hall Empire’s decisive empress and advanced to Soul Douluo level. Despite her increasingly sharp political bearing, she greets Qian Xunji and Qian Daoliu with open familial affection 304 307 308.

She waited anxiously outside the Worship Hall during his final inheritance, emotionally invested in his successful return 312. Qian Xunji later checked her cultivation personally, instructed her to set aside the remaining inherited Angel God Armor bones, and approved her use of stronger bones selected from Spirit Hall's resources 359 360.

When Qian Renxue reached Level 90, he arranged a prospective ninth soul ring with an exceptionally high age and powerful fire attribute. She placed her cultivation entirely in his hands and followed him to obtain it 372.

Yue Guan

Qian Xunji used the prospect of the Singular Velvet Sky Chrysanthemum to draw Yue Guan away from his remaining allegiance to Bibi Dong, making cultivation resources a decisive incentive for changing sides 178.

After the establishment of the Spirit Hall Empire, Yue Guan served as an administrator while Qian Renxue cultivated. Qian Xunji approved his system of filtering documents and promised that diligent service would be rewarded, reinforcing his loyalty while emphasizing that administrative competence was essential to imperial stability 359.

Tang Xiao and Tang Chen

Qian Xunji's hostility toward the Tang clan stems from Haotian Hall's pursuit of him and A-Dong's resulting sacrifice, with Tang Chen having intervened in the original hunt 13.

During his later assault on Haotian Hall, Qian Xunji severely injured Tang Xiao, severing an arm and causing his cultivation to fall to the Soul Douluo realm. Tang Chen intervened to defend the clan's authority, but a later report to the Surface World's Qian Daoliu described Qian Xunji as having suppressed him and escaped unharmed 264 277 305.

God of Light

After Qian Xunji assumed the Angel God position, the God of Light treated him with thinly veiled hostility. Qian Xunji understood that Angel and Light authorities shared a source and could replace one another, making his emergence a potential challenge to her position. Her marriage to the God of Darkness gave her additional confidence in confronting him 366.

Major Plot Arcs

Rise to Peerless Douluo

After ascending and meeting the Angel God King, Qian Xunji was given the Angel Nine Trials, the first of which required him to reach Level 99 Peerless Douluo within six years and have his eldest son, Qian San, surpass Tang San in talent at age twelve 14 15. The God King also revealed that Qian Daoliu had failed to trigger the godhood inheritance due to sabotage, and hinted at a potential war between worlds 15.

To achieve this, Qian Xunji secluded himself for five and a half years, enduring immense pain and risk to consume the Nine-Radiance Golden Glazed Stamen and the Great Profound Heaven-Blending Spirit Ginseng. He broke through to Level 99, and the Angel God King confirmed the partial completion of the first trial 17. Qian Xunji later completed the First Angel Trial in full, gaining fifteen percent Angel God affinity and an unconditional five-thousand-year increase to every soul ring’s age 24. This arc established Qian Xunji’s foundation for godhood and set the timeline for his subsequent plans.

The Di Tian Hunt Plan

After returning from the Surface World exploration, Qian Xunji revealed his identity to the Surface World's Qian Daoliu, explaining the existence of the Inner and Surface Worlds and the Angel God King’s divine trial 30. He disclosed the tragic fates of Qian Renxue and the Spirit Hall in the original timeline, prompting Qian Daoliu to agree to help hunt a soul beast. Qian Xunji led a team of Super Douluos, including that counterpart of his father, to the Star Dou Forest with the goal of hunting Di Tian for powerful soul-beast resources 30.

This arc demonstrated Qian Xunji’s strategic manipulation of Qian Daoliu and his ambition to secure powerful resources for his growth and revenge. Huang Tian participated in the plan as a crucial lure and later remained with Qian Xunji after the Worship Hall elders withdrew 33 35.

Exploration of the Surface World

The God Realm Committee, seeking to verify the authenticity of a parallel world, sent Qian Xunji to the Surface World through a secret spatial passage 25. He was permitted to bring one helper from the continent, choosing Huang Tian, the Silver-Eyed White Dragon Empress, for her knowledge of the Douluo Planet’s resources 25 28. Arriving in Tiandou City, Qian Xunji gathered intelligence on the Surface World’s God Realm, including the locations and power levels of divine inheritances 28 41. He also exploited Huang Tian’s resources and knowledge to advance his own plans 28.

Upon returning, he reported his findings to the Angel God King, who then convened a meeting of the God Kings to discuss their next steps 41. This arc introduced the central conflict of parallel worlds and set the stage for cross-world infiltration.

The Vessel of God and the God Kings’ Conspiracy

After the Surface World intelligence was shared, the Angel God King revealed a deeper scheme: four God Kings would leave strands of divine sense on Qian Xunji to seek proxies in the Surface World, aiming to siphon power from that world’s God Kings 43. The Angel God King tasked Qian Xunji with hunting down and killing these chosen geniuses to prevent the other God Kings from obtaining the laws of the Surface World 43. Qian Xunji was also told to absorb the god-level Angel Right Arm Bone to replace his inferior soul bone 43 47.

Meanwhile, in the Inner World, the Seven Treasures Overlord Pagoda Sect’s Yu Fengzhi plotted to assassinate geniuses at Haotian Academy, but Qian Xunji subjugated the sect’s masters and forced their submission 45 46. This arc highlighted the power struggles among the God Kings and Qian Xunji’s role as a vessel for divine manipulation.

Assembling the Team for the Surface World

With the second passage to the Surface World being more stable, the Angel God King instructed Qian Xunji to take several juniors with him to attempt the divine trials of that world and seize its godhood inheritances 42. Qian Xunji revealed the existence of the Surface World to his son Qian San, explaining it as a symmetrical parallel world where Spirit Hall was dominant 48. Qian San recommended companions: Dai Zhuqing, Niu Lanjun, and Ao Shushun, while showing uncertainty about Zhu Mubai and Yu Rongrong 48.

Qian Xunji also absorbed the god-level Angel Right Arm Bone, gaining the skill [Angel Heaven-Splitter], and planned to take Xiao Qing after her transformation into the Azure Divine Dragon 47 48. The team learned that gaining a godhood in the parallel world could lead to becoming a god with twice the divine power in their own world 49. This arc culminated in the group’s preparation to depart, marking the beginning of the cross-world infiltration and the hunt for godhood.

Strengthening the Expedition

Before the team’s journey, Qian Xunji identified Fu Lanya and Zhao Youji as the expedition’s lead teachers and judged their Soul Saint-level cultivation inadequate for the dangers of the Surface World 53. With soul bones supplied by Huang Tian, he gave Fu Lanya a hundred-thousand-year Nether Wind Demon Owl left leg bone and Zhao Youji a hundred-thousand-year Corrosion Gold Bear right arm bone, as well as a thirty-thousand-year right leg bone 53.

The enhancements enabled both Fu Lanya and Zhao Youji to reach Level 80. Fu Lanya gained heavy single-target and wide-range wind-blade attacks, while Zhao Youji gained speed, amplification, and the weapon-type skill [Corrosion Gold Hammer] 54. Qian Xunji also gave Fu Lanya a feather containing one of his full-power attacks as an emergency safeguard, forcibly brought Zhu Muhei along, and escorted the group through the Inner World God Realm using the super-artifact [Oath of the Angel] 54.

After reaching the Surface World, he took the two teachers to obtain their eighth soul rings. Fu Lanya absorbed a sixty-thousand-year Wind Hunting Ghost Owl and evolved her martial soul into the One-Eyed Demon Owl, while Zhao Youji absorbed a fifty-thousand-year Dark Gold Terrorclaw Bear and obtained [Earth-Splitting Claw]. Both reached Rank 83, and Qian Xunji reminded them that their improved strength carried responsibility for protecting the students 57.

Subjugation of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan

When Yu Yuanzhen and Dugu Bo threatened Qian San’s party in Sunset Forest, Qian Xunji appeared masked and easily subdued both opponents 96 97. He destroyed Yu Yuanzhen’s Martial Soul Avatar, then humiliated the Level 95 Super Douluo before the Claes Team 97. Rather than destroy the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan outright, he forced Yu Yuanzhen to serve as Qian San and the children’s guard for ten years and then join Spirit Hall 98.

Qian Xunji branded the clan with angel marks that could be detonated at any time, ensuring their obedience 99. He also punished Yu Tianheng through Zhao Youji and offered Dugu Bo the position of clan leader as compensation for his cooperation 98 99. The arc demonstrated Qian Xunji’s tendency to convert defeated enemies and their institutions into controlled resources rather than merely eliminate them.

Angel Trials and the Third Trial

Qian Xunji undertook a separate sequence of Angel inheritance trials in the Surface World. He completed its First Angel Trial, the Pressure Test, after 108 days beneath the Angel Statue and obtained fifteen percent affinity with that world's Angel God 72.

Qian Xunji completed the Second Angel Trial, the Endurance Test, with a perfect score, raising his Angel God affinity to thirty percent 92. He then learned that the Third Angel Trial was a physical-strength test requiring him to run under gravity and interference for a prescribed duration 92. Before beginning it, he returned to assess Qian San’s team and advance their plans in the Surface World 92.

After later obtaining the Angel God King’s divine right arm bone, Qian Xunji confronted Bibi Dong at the Pope Palace and severely injured her with one attack 179. He then entered Douluo Hall to formally begin the Third Angel Trial, which requires him to run within the Angel Illusory Realm under double gravity and mental interference until the prescribed time limit is reached 179.

The Asura Countermeasure

After returning from the Surface World, Qian Xunji consulted Qian Daoliu on Asura Island and learned that the Angel God King had defeated the Asura God to rise from a near-God King first-class deity into a true God King 202 206. Interpreting this history as proof that the Angel God King could not be trusted, Qian Xunji decided to cultivate an alternate Asura inheritor as a weapon against him 206.

The remaining elders could not resist the absolute suppression imposed by his evolved Angel bloodline and accepted him as the new Angel Sect Master 209. Qian Xunji immediately commanded them to restore relations with the four affiliated clans abandoned during the sect’s retreat, signaling his intent to rebuild the sect as an extension of his own power rather than preserve its former leadership 209.

Eclipse Radiant Angel and the Interworld Passage

Qian Xunji later incorporated the Light-Dark Dragon King’s origins into his Soul Cores, body, and Angel martial soul. This produced the Eclipse Radiant Angel and gave him separate Dawn and Dusk Aspects, as well as the powerful [Radiance-Dusk Sacred Court] domain 216 217. Return to Douluo Hall and the Fourth Trial

Qian Xunji returned to the Surface World with Huang Tian and sought access to Douluo Hall as the pulling force in his consciousness intensified. Qian Daoliu recognized that their alliance had already bound Spirit Hall's fortunes to Qian Xunji's, despite his reassurance that his immediate difficulties would not implicate them 267.

He then began the Surface World's Fourth Angel Trial, which tested his control of soul power and spiritual power 269. The Worship Hall arranged protection around the inheritance site; Golden Crocodile Douluo remained at headquarters while Qian Daoliu led other worshippers on a hunt to obtain a high-age soul ring for Huang Tian 269 271.

His eighth trial was already complete, and the one-month delay was deliberate: it allowed Qian Daoliu to settle his affairs before the sacrifice. Qian Xunji privately intended to bring him back after ascending, while also coordinating the next stage of his plans with Huang Tian and learning of her consolidation of the two worlds' powerful soul-beast forces 305.

A-Dong’s Rebirth

While Qian Xunji prepared for godhood, A-Dong’s long-dormant cocoon hatched in an underground cavern 307. Reborn as a crystalline Blue Silver Spider Emperor with only slightly more than thirty-thousand years of cultivation, she retained incomplete emotional memories of Qian Xunji as “Brother Ji” and evidence that he had cultivated beside her cocoon 307.

A-Dong sensed the destruction of the Blue Silver Spider clans but judged herself too weak to save them without dying. She therefore chose to conceal herself, pursue greater strength, search for Qian Xunji, and eventually obtain revenge 307.

After three days, Qian Xunji emerged as a First-Level Angel God, wielding the Angel Sacred Sword in one hand and the Oath of the Angel in the other. Rather than accept the standard inherited soul-bone set, he retained the Angel God King's divine arm bones and replaced his inferior head, torso, and leg bones with god-level dragon bones from Dragon Valley and Dragon Court 312.

The inheritance's divine fire forged these components into unique Angel God Armor. Combined with the residual Light-Dark Dragon King energy and Eclipse Radiant Angel's properties, this foundation gave him vitality more than three times that of others at the same level and exceptional combat potential 312.

Continued Support for Qian Renxue

Qian Xunji later returned to Spirit City and inspected both the empire's administrative arrangements and Qian Renxue's cultivation. He approved Yue Guan's management of routine paperwork and emphasized that capable stewards were necessary to sustain the empire 359.

Qian Renxue reported that she had absorbed soul bones chosen from Spirit Hall's collection and was nearing Level 90.
