The Sin'dorei were a mature race, at least that's what Zul'ra thought, but reality slapped him in the face. Two days passed, and he still hadn't received a reply from the Sin'dorei. Instead, he received a visit from Sylvanas, the Queen of the Undead, who brought a letter with her.

The letter came from Thrall, the Warchief of Kalimdor. In addition to his greetings, Thrall also sent a request: that Thrall collect information on the Sin'dorei and assess whether they were qualified to become members of the Horde!

"Zul'ra, my companion, we are now on the same side, and you must work together with me." Sylvanas spoke in a clear, ethereal voice as she looked at the Trolls reading the letter opposite her in a room alone with Zul'ra.

"You know what? I've discovered that your special aura is actually tangible. This aura dims the light around me. The other day in the conference room, the light was so dim that I didn't even notice it." Zul'ra folded the parchment in her hand.

"..." Sylvanas's face darkened, and the tip of her thin lips sank into the corner of her mouth.

"Alright, enough joking around. Tell me, what do you want me to do?" Zul'ra quickly put on a serious face as she looked at the Queen of the Undead face had darkened.

"It's not that I want you to do anything, but it's the Warchief's request. The Warchief requires you to win over the Sin'dorei for the Horde." Sylvanas calmed herself, becoming utterly composed.

"You've read this letter?" Zul'ra looked at the unmoving Queen of the Undead and waved the parchment in her hand.

"The letter is for you, isn't it?" Sylvanas said coldly.

"Now take a look, and read carefully what's inside." Zul'ra handed the letter to Sylvanas, and after she unfolded it and read it, Sanra stood beside her, pointing to the words on the paper as she read them aloud.

"You must observe the Sin'dorei race for me, and see if they possess the good character to be worthy of being members of the Horde!"

"I don't think I need you to teach me how to read?" Sylvanas looked at the guy who was right next to her, barely suppressing the urge to punch him.

"But your comprehension needs improvement. The Warchief has not yet regarded the Sin'dorei as prospective members of the Horde!" Zul'ra looked down at Sylvanas's beautiful, icy blue face, her gaze slightly downwards, taking a close look at her collarbone beneath her shoulder armor and the two mounds encased in steel armor on her chest. Upon seeing this, Zul'ra abruptly snatched the letter from her hand.

"Therefore, my task is simply to observe the Sin'dorei and see if they possess the qualities to be a member of the Horde!" Zul'ra shook the paper she had taken back at Sylvanas, then put her hands behind her back.

"And what about your observations?" Sylvanas looked at the Trolls with his hands behind his back, slightly holding her breath; this Trolls was difficult to deal with.

"They are addicted to magic, thirsty for energy, and plagued by internal strife. Sylvanas, I think you understand this very well, but..." Zul'ra looked down at the Queen of the Undead, pausing slightly before the other could show any impatience.

"However, they share one thing in common: they are facing a desperate situation. We Amani, the Orcs, and you, Shu'halo, and Darkspear have all faced such a desperate situation, which is why we were able to come together, and that's why the Horde came into being."

"And then?" Sylvanas lowered her eyes, recalling the desperate situation she had once faced.

"And then, is there anything else?" Zul'ra leaned forward, hands behind her back, carefully observing the Queen of the Undead with parallel eyes.

"Don't you think the Sin'dorei need a more qualified leader?" Sylvanas raised her gaze, her expression turning icy as she looked at the Trolls was leaning forward and scrutinizing her with parallel eyes.

"Yes, but there's a condition: the Sin'dorei must also join the Horde voluntarily. We can't coerce them." Zul'ra turned her gaze back, straightened her back, and stared straight ahead.

"That's impossible." Sylvanas's blue and white face twitched. Quel'Thalas and the Horde had a lot of hatred between them. They would coexist peacefully with the Horde due to the situation, but the possibility of joining the Horde was almost non-existent!

"And what do you think is the reason why the Sin'dorei would change their mind once they have a leader?" Zul'ra countered Sylvanas's question.

"I..." Sylvanas almost instinctively wanted to say the words, that the new leader she was going to support was her brother, but before she could finish, she swallowed them back and put on a cold expression.

So what's your opinion?

"Does my opinion matter, Sylvanas?" Zul'ra looked down at the cold Sylvanas and said indifferently.

"Then we have nothing to talk about." Sylvanas with a dark expression, turning to leave.

"But before that, I've already met your sister, the Elves named Vereesa. She doesn't really see herself as a Sin'dorei anymore." Zul'ra said softly as she watched Sylvanas leave. Hearing Zul'ra's words, Sylvanas hesitated slightly, but ultimately continued on her way.

"Really..." Zul'ra watched Sylvanas leave, wanting to scratch his head, but ultimately held back. This woman was quite difficult to deal with; he had no idea what she was thinking!

Although it was unclear what Sylvanas was thinking, the Sin'dorei quickly came to a conclusion. It was unknown how the argument had ended, but Lor'themar had temporarily secured his position, because apart from him and Kael'thas, who was far away in Outland, no one else could lead the Sin'dorei before the war began.

After a three-day recess, Zul'ra, Lostro, Bakaji, and the newly arrived Mordu were invited back into the dimly lit operations room. Unlike the quietness of the previous meeting, the atmosphere this time was quite heavy, and the room was filled with a pungent smell of smoke.

In the dimly lit, smoke-filled conference room, Lor'themar was no longer the chairperson. Instead, he sat among the Sin'dorei generals smoking cigars, while Lirath Windrunner, Sylvanas's brother, took his place as chairperson.

Lirath's pupils had changed from the blue of the last time he saw Zul'ra to the same eerie green as Lor'themar and the others. His face appeared somewhat pale in the dimly lit conference room, and his features were extremely thin. His tone of voice was flat, making the audience feel drowsy.

Lirath explained, Lostro smelled the smoke in the room and couldn't help but turn his head to whisper a few words to Candiris, who was nearby. Upon hearing this, Candiris turned to his companion who was smoking next to him and said a few words. After turning back, he handed two cigars to the Nightmare Troll.
