The Third Hokage was instantly astonished when he heard Qingcheng's words. With a serious expression, he said, "Qingcheng-kun, I'm afraid you can't become the head of the Konoha Police Force."
The Third Hokage then explained, "The current Police Force is made up of ninja from many clans, including many civilian ninja. It is no longer entirely made up of the Uchiha Clan."

Kakashi brought Danzo, who looked like a dead dog, directly to Konoha Prison. He told the prison guards, "This is Danzo. His case is extremely serious. Keep a close watch on him, and don't let him escape."
Danzo still looked utterly lost as Kakashi tossed him into a cell. Then he began reminiscing about the past.
Danzo thought, If I had bravely raised my hand back then and become the one to stay behind, I would be the one sitting in the Hokage's seat now, leading Konoha to become the strongest in the Shinobi World.
Looking at Danzo, who was still lost in his memories, Kakashi asked sternly, "You were the one behind driving Konoha's White Fang to his death, weren't you?"
Danzo merely glanced at Kakashi and said softly, "The White Fang Incident was indeed my doing. His existence had already become a threat to Konoha."
Kakashi replied just as sternly, "Shimura Danzō, the threat to Konoha you spoke of was really a threat to the Hokage's position, wasn't it? Stay here obediently."
Kakashi then led a large group of ANBU ninja back toward the Hokage Building, intending to report back to Hiruzen Sarutobi.
Meanwhile, Konoha's public notice department had already begun putting up notices throughout the village. Everyone said solemnly, "By order of the Third Hokage, Shimura Danzō has been apprehended. Above are Danzo's crimes."
Qingcheng's Shadow Clone held Hashirama Senju's cells and Uchiha Shisui's Sharingan. He was overjoyed, and his face broke into a grin.
Qingcheng thought, Although Danzo's arm was modified by Orochimaru and only contains a weakened version of Hashirama Cells, its applications are more diverse. It is safer and more stable when transplanted into the human body.
