Background
It was born after faith began transforming He Shenyan. Earlier in that process, He Shenyan could still maintain a unified personality, but answering prayers deepened Divinity's effect on him 701 716. By the time Magnus saw the Deity in the Emperor's vision, Its birth was complete. It retained the fulfilled last wish of Its former self, yet a throne held It motionless and in pain, preventing It from releasing power according to Its nature 992.
When a dying underhive resident knelt before It, the newborn Deity showed none of Its predecessor's aversion to worship. It asked what he sought 995. Later, It came to understand Its role as a god who solves humanity's problems. Unable to leave Its world, It sent someone else to deliver a message 1036.
