Yu Zhi is a transmigrator from Earth who rose to become Martial Soul Hall's Holy Son. At his investiture ceremony, the Sky Screen descends and displays the Naruto Continent—the place Yu Zhi had claimed as his homeland—placing his identity and deception at the center of continent-wide attention 1 2.

Before becoming the Holy Son, Yu Zhi suddenly appeared as a six-year-old in Martial Soul Hall's Worship Hall amid a confrontation between Bibi Dong and the Worship Hall's Titled Douluo. To survive their interrogation, he fabricated an identity as an Uchiha Clan orphan who had escaped the Naruto Continent through an ancient teleportation scroll after Itachi Uchiha's supposed clan massacre 1 6. His Sharingan Martial Soul, knowledge such as Whale Rubber, and exceptional talent eventually allowed him to gain Martial Soul Hall's trust and attain the Holy Son position 1.
