Son Gohan was still reluctant to leave, as Videl had given birth to Pan less than a month ago and needed someone to take care of her. But Wei Dong simply had Whis heal her; after all, Whis is of the Angel Race and possesses many strange yet incredibly powerful forms of magic.

Gohan had no choice but to agree, and the group followed Whis to the God of Destruction's Temple.

On the other side of the universe, inside a Spaceship, some people were plotting a terrifying plan: to resurrect a member of the Frost Demon race. After all, ever since the Frost Demon race had been wiped out, their lives had become increasingly difficult, so they now needed someone capable of protecting them.

Thus, they set their sights on the Dragon Ball on Earth. They had originally considered the Namekian Dragon Balls, but upon hearing that there were many combat-type Namekian on Namek, all with combat powers around several hundred thousand, they gave up on that idea.

Choosing Earth was better; although Son Goku and the others were there, most of the population on Earth had a combat power of less than 5, so as long as they stayed hidden, it would be easy to find the Dragon Ball.

One month later.

A Spaceship landed on Earth, but it had its cloaking device activated, so the Guardian was unaware of its presence. These Cosmic Being had a Dragon Ball radar inside their ship. They sent someone to search for the Dragon Ball, and upon activating the radar, they were overjoyed to find the Dragon Balls gathered together. They then dispatched someone with a combat power of over one hundred thousand to retrieve them.

The individual sneaked to the destination. The building there was massive and extremely luxurious—yes, it was Bulma's home. After retrieving the Dragon Ball with lightning speed, the person quickly returned to the Spaceship.

When he brought the Dragon Ball back to the ship, the others were overjoyed to see it.

They were ecstatic and immediately began to make their wishes. When Shenron appeared, the Guardian of Earth sensed it, so he used his magic to see who was making the wish.

"State your wishes, I can grant three."

When the group heard this, they were thrilled. The first wish was to resurrect Frieza of the Frost Demon race; the second was to resurrect Cooler of the Frost Demon race; for the third wish, they pondered for a long time before realizing, "Wait, the resurrected people aren't here," so their final wish was to have them teleported to their location.

However, after the wishes were granted, Shenron did not disappear. The group had no idea what was happening to Shenron's appearance—if Wei Dong were here, he would have known this was the precursor to the arrival of the Shadow Dragon. Suddenly, the Dragon Balls exploded and flew away, the earth shook, and the mountains crumbled. Having no clue what was happening, the group hurriedly grabbed the chunks of Frieza and Cooler, boarded their Spaceship, and fled Earth.

They had left Earth, but the planet now seemed to be wrapped in something that was constantly causing destruction. After a while, the seven flying Dragon Balls transformed into seven individuals: One-Star Dragon, Two-Star Dragon, Three-Star Dragon, Four-Star Dragon, Five-Star Dragon, Six-Star Dragon, and Seven-Star Dragon.

Earth had entered an unprecedented crisis, but everyone at the God of Destruction's Temple was unaware of these events. Now, they could only rely on the Z Fighters present on Earth. Unfortunately, Buu also erupted at this moment—yes, Evil Buu had appeared. Because the one who showed up where Buu was happened to be Three-Star Dragon, that cunning bastard, the current Evil Buu was no match for this Shadow Dragon. Evil Buu realized this, so he turned tail and ran, but as he fled, he actually took Satan with him; even Evil Buu didn't know why he had done such a thing.
