The Third Hokage was puzzled. "Presence?"

Yeyu thought for a moment and explained to the Third, "Back when I was at the Ninja Academy, I noticed that the teachers always possessed a certain presence that could intimidate the students."

"I was curious about this presence, so I spent a long time researching how I could acquire it."

"After studying it for a few years, I finally figured it out."

Yeyu made it up on the spot.

The Third Hokage's mouth twitched. "Is that really how your presence came to be?"

"That is simply incredible."

The Third Hokage certainly understood what Yeyu meant by presence.

He just didn't think presence could possess such immense power.

Yet, Yeyu's presence had been enough to nearly knock Kakashi unconscious.

This already counted as a ninjutsu, and a highly powerful one at that.

Kakashi was a Jonin, and an Elite Jonin at that.

Yet, he still couldn't withstand Yeyu's presence.

If they were on the battlefield and Yeyu had unleashed this presence against him, Kakashi would have been finished off by Yeyu by now.

The Third Hokage sighed with emotion. "This is no different from an S-rank ninjutsu."

Kakashi took a long time to recover, finally regaining his senses after a while.

However, the look he gave Yeyu was filled with shock. "Yeyu, how can your presence be so terrifying? I almost passed out."

Kakashi still felt a lingering fear.

Yeyu's presence was truly lethal.

It was far more extreme than the killing intent of Orochimaru.

It was a total, crushing destruction of the spirit.

Yeyu's expression remained calm. "It's just something I casually researched a few years ago."

Something researched casually could actually knock out a Jonin like him.

The Third Hokage recalled the purpose of his visit and said to Yeyu, "Yeyu, the Root ninjas coming to find you was not at my instruction."

Yeyu nodded. "I know; otherwise, you and Kakashi wouldn't have come here."

Seeing that Yeyu held no displeasure toward him, the Third Hokage breathed a sigh of relief.

He had been worried that Yeyu would misunderstand and think he had sent people to test him.

"I will go back and warn Danzo."

Yeyu chuckled lightly. "It's actually nothing; I didn't suffer any losses."

"By the way, have you made any progress with the three ninjutsu you selected?"

"Those three ninjutsu are very difficult. Even if you can't understand them, it's nothing—it's perfectly normal," the Third said.

Yeyu had only looked at one ninjutsu so far and hadn't had time to check the other two.

"I only looked at the Five-Fold Rashomon. I have a feeling this ninjutsu doesn't suit me, but I have indeed learned it, though I haven't had the chance to put it into practice yet."

The Third Hokage's eyes widened. "What? You... you learned it?"

Yeyu nodded.

The Third Hokage was stunned.

There were very few people in Konoha who knew it.

Currently, only Orochimaru knew it.

And even Orochimaru could only summon the Triple Rashomon.

His chakra reserves weren't enough.

The Third nodded. "It is an S-rank forbidden jutsu."

Kakashi's eyes narrowed slightly. "An S-rank forbidden jutsu?!"

"How could you give him such a dangerous ninjutsu?"

Kakashi felt it was highly inappropriate. Although Yeyu was powerful, he was, after all, only twelve years old.

His knowledge of ninjutsu was not yet profound enough; learning an S-rank forbidden jutsu all at once could lead to death if he were the least bit careless.

Yet, Yeyu didn't take it seriously at all.

The Third explained to Kakashi, "Yeyu's strength is absolutely sufficient, and although the Five-Fold Rashomon is an S-rank forbidden jutsu, its danger level is not that high."

"The dangerous part is that this ninjutsu requires an incredibly massive amount of chakra to summon."

"If one's chakra reserves are insufficient, the only consequence is that the number of iron gates summoned will be reduced."

The Third turned to look at Yeyu. "Yeyu, how many Rashomon gates do you think you can summon?"

Yeyu shook his head. "I'm not sure, but I think it should be at least three."

The Third nodded. "I also think it should be around three; your chakra reserves should be about the same as Orochimaru's."

The reason he mentioned Orochimaru was that the Third knew Orochimaru could also use the Rashomon, and he could summon three gates.

The Third believed Yeyu's chakra volume was likely on par with Orochimaru's.

After all, Yeyu was only twelve.

He was still far from his peak chakra capacity.

Even Naruto, who was a jinchuriki, only had chakra reserves equivalent to Kakashi's at this stage.

But being equivalent to Kakashi's chakra reserves was already quite substantial.

For instance, it was very effective for defending against a Tailed Beast Bomb.

Even if it couldn't block it completely, being able to change its trajectory was good enough.
