Background / History

Hydra was originally defeated and dismantled by S.H.I.E.L.D. after Red Skull’s fall and the destruction of its remaining bases. S.H.I.E.L.D. later absorbed many former Hydra researchers, creating the conditions for the organization’s covert revival as “Hydra-@@REF_ENTITY_12251111@@” 78 173
