The Five Kage Summit

The Land of Iron, a neutral nation blanketed in ice and snow year-round, was unusually bustling today.

Delegations from various nations arrived in an endless stream, and the entire Samurai City was shrouded in a solemn and tense atmosphere.

As a member of the Konoha delegation, Uchiha Xingye walked through the streets of the Land of Iron, his Byakugan scanning everything in a 360-degree radius.

"Brother," Itachi said in a low voice as he walked beside Uchiha Xingye, "representatives from every hidden village will be present at this Five Kage Summit."

"This may well be the most important summit in the history of the ninja world."

Uchiha Xingye nodded. "Indeed. This summit will determine the future of the ninja world."

"The threat of the Akatsuki organization and the conspiracy behind the Eye of the Moon Plan must both be addressed through this summit."

Itachi pondered for a moment. "Brother, do you truly believe the Five Kage will unite to oppose the Akatsuki organization?"

Uchiha Xingye smiled faintly. "It is not a matter of belief, but of making them realize they must unite."

"The threat of the Akatsuki organization is real; if the hidden villages do not stand together, they will eventually be picked off one by one."

Itachi nodded. "I understand, Brother."

The two continued forward and soon arrived at the conference building of the Land of Iron.

The conference building was a magnificent structure, its massive iron doors symbolizing the strength of the Land of Iron.

Representatives from various nations were already waiting at the entrance, and Uchiha Xingye and Itachi joined the ranks of the Konoha delegation.

"Uchiha Xingye," a consultant within the Konoha delegation looked at Uchiha Xingye coldly, "you are not a member of the delegation. Why are you here?"

Uchiha Xingye said indifferently, "I was specially invited by the Third Hokage. I have important matters to report to the Five Kage."

The consultant wanted to say more, but the absence of the Hokage's assistant, Danzo, kept him from speaking further—Danzo had already been removed from his post, and the high-level power of Konoha had been redistributed.

Uchiha Xingye and Itachi followed the delegation into the conference room, where a massive conference table surrounded the central seats of the Five Kage.

The Five Kage entered one after another: Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi, Kazekage Gaara, Raikage Ay, Mizukage Yagura (puppet), and Tsuchikage Onoki.

Each Kage was followed by their own guards, and the atmosphere was grave and tense.

"Everyone," the Third Hokage began, "we have gathered here today to discuss the threat of the Akatsuki organization."

The Raikage slammed his hand heavily onto the table. "The Akatsuki organization! Kumogakure has already lost two elite ninjas; their target is the Eight-Tails!"

The Third nodded. "Konoha has also suffered attacks from the Akatsuki organization, and their target is the Nine-Tails."

Kazekage Gaara said calmly, "Although Sunagakure does not possess a Tailed Beast, the Akatsuki organization's target is the entire ninja world."

"Their Eye of the Moon Plan aims to plunge the entire ninja world into a genjutsu."

Mizukage Yagura (puppet) said coldly, "Kirigakure will not participate in pointless wars, but if the Akatsuki organization threatens Kirigakure, we will strike back."

Tsuchikage Onoki coughed a few times. "Iwagakure's stance is the same as Kirigakure's; we only protect our own interests."

The atmosphere grew tense, as there were clear divisions among the Five Kage.

Just then, Uchiha Xingye stood up and walked to the center of the conference table.

"Honored Kage," Uchiha Xingye said, "I have some things I wish to tell you."

The Raikage glared at Uchiha Xingye angrily. "Uchiha brat, what right do you have to speak?"

Uchiha Xingye said calmly, "I have the right because I have brought detailed intelligence on the Akatsuki organization."

Uchiha Xingye pulled a scroll from his robes and unfurled it on the table.

"This is the complete roster of the Akatsuki organization, including the abilities, locations, and operational patterns of every member."

"Furthermore, it contains the detailed contents of the Eye of the Moon Plan."

As the Five Kage looked at the intelligence on the scroll, their expressions shifted.

"This intelligence," Kazekage Gaara asked, "how did you obtain it?"

Uchiha Xingye replied, "I have already subdued two members of the Akatsuki organization: Kisame Hoshigaki and Sasori."

"They are currently my moles, providing false intelligence to the Akatsuki organization while relaying the truth to us."

The Five Kage were shocked, and Tsuchikage Onoki's eyes widened. "What did you say? You subdued members of the Akatsuki organization?"

Uchiha Xingye nodded. "That is correct."

"Moreover, I have uncovered the truth behind the Eye of the Moon Plan."

"The mastermind behind this plan is not Madara Uchiha, but an entity known as Black Zetsu."

"Black Zetsu is the son of Kaguya Otsutsuki; he has been using Obito and the Akatsuki organization for the sole purpose of resurrecting his mother."

The Raikage sneered. "Kaguya Otsutsuki? That sounds like a fairy tale."

Uchiha Xingye said, "This is no fairy tale; it is reality."

"And I have proof."

Uchiha Xingye activated his Mangekyo Sharingan and released a genjutsu—within the projection, Black Zetsu was seen instilling the truth of the Uchiha clan's massacre into Obito.

As the Five Kage watched the scene within the genjutsu, their faces turned pale.

Mizukage Yagura (puppet) suddenly spoke up, "This Black Zetsu is indeed suspicious."

Xingye retracted his genjutsu and continued, "Kage, the threat of the Akatsuki organization is no joke."

"Once the Eye of the Moon Plan succeeds, the entire shinobi world will fall into a genjutsu."

"This is not alarmism; it is a reality about to unfold."

The Third Hokage nodded, "Xingye is right. We must unite to confront the Akatsuki organization."

The Raikage remained silent for a moment before saying, "Kumogakure is willing to unite, but there is one condition."

"Xingye, prove your strength."

"If you can defeat the elite shinobi of Kumogakure, I will believe you have the capability to confront the Akatsuki organization."

Xingye sneered, "Raikage, are you questioning my strength?"

The Raikage stood up, and the Lightning Release chakra across his body began to condense, "It is not questioning, but wanting to see with my own eyes just how strong you truly are."

Xingye nodded, "Fine, then I shall let you see my strength."

Xingye activated the Susanoo Second Form, and orange chakra armor enveloped his entire body.

The Raikage narrowed his eyes, "Susanoo?"

Xingye said, "Raikage, how do you wish to fight?"

The Raikage sneered, "Then come!"

The Raikage unleashed his Lightning Release, charging toward Xingye and slamming a heavy fist into the Susanoo.

Xingye did not dodge; the Susanoo's chakra armor took the Raikage's punch head-on.

BOOM!

The Raikage's heavy fist struck the Susanoo, emitting a thunderous roar.

The Susanoo vibrated slightly but remained undamaged.

The Raikage narrowed his eyes, "What? My Lightning Release cannot break through the Susanoo?"

Xingye sneered, "Your Lightning Release is indeed strong, but the Susanoo is the Uchiha clan's ultimate defense."

"Your attacks cannot cause me any harm."

The Raikage roared in anger and launched another attack, but the Susanoo blocked every one of his strikes.

A moment later, the Raikage stopped, panting heavily.

"Enough," the Raikage said, "I admit, your strength is indeed formidable."

Xingye retracted the Susanoo and said indifferently, "Does anyone else wish to try?"

The Tsuchikage Onoki shook his head, "No need, your strength has already been proven."

The Mizukage Yagura (puppet) also said, "Since the Raikage has admitted it, I have no objections."

The Kazekage Gaara said, "Xingye, I trust in your strength."

The Third Hokage nodded, "Then let us discuss the specific plans for the alliance."

Xingye said, "The Akatsuki organization has ten members; we have already subdued two, leaving eight remaining."

"Among these eight members, some can be defeated directly, while others need to be subdued."

"My plan is: Form the Shinobi Allied Forces, while simultaneously acting in separate groups to take down the Akatsuki organization members one by one."

The Third Hokage nodded, "This plan is excellent."

The Raikage asked, "Who will take unified command?"

The Third Hokage glanced at Xingye and said, "Xingye."

"He has the most intelligence on the Akatsuki organization, and his strength is the greatest."

The Raikage was silent for a moment before finally nodding, "Fine, I agree to Xingye serving as the Commander of the Shinobi Alliance."

The Tsuchikage Onoki and the Mizukage Yagura (puppet) also expressed their agreement.

The Kazekage Gaara said, "Sunagakure fully supports Xingye."

Xingye nodded, "Kage, thank you for your trust."

"Next, I will formulate a detailed battle plan."

"The end of the Akatsuki organization is approaching."

On the way, Itachi said, "Brother, today's meeting was very successful."

The establishment of the Five Kage Alliance marks the loss of support for the Akatsuki organization from every nation.

Xingye nodded: "Correct, but this is only the beginning."

"Next, we need to Form the Shinobi Allied Forces; this is the key to countering the Akatsuki organization."

Itachi pondered for a moment: "Brother, will the Akatsuki organization just sit and wait for their doom?"

Xingye sneered: "They will not."

"They will launch an attack, attempting to sabotage our alliance."

"But that is exactly what I want. I will let them know what true despair is."

Xingye looked up at the sky, where dark clouds were gathering.
