Five Kage Summit

The Land of Iron, a neutral country blanketed in snow and ice all year round, was unusually lively today.

Delegations from every nation came and went in an endless stream, and a solemn, tense atmosphere hung over the entire Samurai City.

As a member of Konoha's delegation, Xingye walked along the streets of the Land of Iron, scanning everything around him with his Byakugan.

"Brother," Itachi said quietly as he walked beside Xingye, "representatives from every hidden village will attend this Five Kage Summit."

"This may be the most important meeting in the history of the Shinobi World."

Xingye nodded. "That's right. This summit will decide the future of the Shinobi World."

"We need to address both the threat posed by Akatsuki and the conspiracy behind the Eye of the Moon Plan."

Itachi pondered for a moment. "Brother, do you really believe the Five Kage will unite against Akatsuki?"

Xingye smiled faintly. "It's not a matter of believing. I'll make sure they have to unite."

"The threat from Akatsuki is real. If the hidden villages don't stand together, they'll be picked off one by one."

Itachi nodded. "I understand, Brother."

They continued onward and soon reached the conference building in the Land of Iron.

The building was a magnificent structure, its massive iron gates symbolizing the strength of the Land of Iron.

Representatives from the various nations were already waiting at the entrance. Xingye and Itachi joined the Konoha delegation.

"Uchiha Xingye," one of the Konoha delegation's advisers said coldly, eyeing Xingye. "You're not a member of the delegation. Why are you here?"

"I was specially invited by the Third Hokage," Xingye replied calmly. "I have important information to report to the Five Kage."

The adviser looked as if he wanted to say more, but Hokage aide Danzo was absent, so he didn't dare speak up. Danzo had already been stripped of his position, and power among Konoha's leadership had been redistributed.

Xingye and Itachi followed the delegation into the conference room, where a huge table encircled the Five Kage's seats at its center.

The Five Kage entered one after another: Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi, Kazekage Gaara, Raikage A, the Mizukage Yagura (a puppet), and Tsuchikage Ōnoki.

Each Kage was accompanied by his own guards, and the atmosphere was solemn and tense.

"Everyone," the Third Hokage began, "we've gathered here today to discuss the threat posed by Akatsuki."

Raikage A slammed his hand down on the table. "Akatsuki! Kumogakure has already lost two elite shinobi. Their target is the Eight-Tails!"

The Third Hokage nodded. "Konoha has also been attacked by Akatsuki. Their target was the Nine-Tails."

Kazekage Gaara said calmly, "Sunagakure may not have a Tailed Beast, but Akatsuki's target is the entire Shinobi World."

"Their Eye of the Moon Plan would trap the whole Shinobi World in an illusion."

The Mizukage Yagura (a puppet) said coldly, "Kirigakure won't take part in a pointless war. But if Akatsuki threatens Kirigakure, we'll strike back."

Tsuchikage Ōnoki coughed a few times. "Iwagakure shares Kirigakure's position. We'll protect our own interests and nothing more."

The tension rose. It was clear that the Five Kage were divided.

Just then, Xingye stood up and walked to the center of the conference table.

"Honored Kage," Xingye began, "there's something I'd like to tell you."

Raikage A glared at Xingye furiously. "You little Uchiha brat. What gives you the right to speak?"

"I have the right because I've brought detailed intelligence on Akatsuki," Xingye replied calmly.

He pulled a scroll from his robes and unrolled it on the table.

"This contains the full list of Akatsuki members, along with each member's abilities, location, and patterns of activity."

"It also contains the details of the Eye of the Moon Plan."

The Five Kage studied the information on the scroll, their expressions changing.

"How did you get this information?" Kazekage Gaara asked.

"I've already brought two Akatsuki members, Kisame Hoshigaki and Sasori of the Red Sands, under my control," Xingye replied.

"They're acting as my moles. They're feeding Akatsuki false information while passing the truth to us."

The Five Kage were stunned. Tsuchikage Ōnoki's eyes widened. "What did you say? You brought Akatsuki members under your control?"

Xingye nodded. "That's right."

"And I've also uncovered the truth behind the Eye of the Moon Plan."

"The mastermind behind it isn't Madara Uchiha. It's an entity called Black Zetsu."

"Black Zetsu is Kaguya Otsutsuki's son. He's been using Obito and Akatsuki for one purpose alone: to revive his mother."

Raikage A sneered. "Kaguya Otsutsuki? That sounds like a myth."

"It's no myth," Xingye said. "It's reality."

"And I have proof."

Xingye activated his Mangekyō Sharingan and cast an illusion. In it, Black Zetsu was revealing the truth about the Uchiha Clan Massacre to Obito.

The Five Kage watched the scene in the illusion, their expressions changing.

The Mizukage Yagura (a puppet) suddenly spoke. "This Black Zetsu is certainly suspicious."

Xingye dispelled the illusion and continued, "Honored Kage, the threat posed by Akatsuki is no joke."

"If the Eye of the Moon Plan succeeds, the entire Shinobi World will be trapped in an illusion."

"This isn't alarmism. It's a reality that's about to unfold."

The Third Hokage nodded. "Xingye is right. We have to unite and fight Akatsuki."

Raikage A fell silent for a moment, then said, "Kumogakure is willing to join forces, but I have one condition."

"Xingye, prove your strength."

"If you can defeat Kumogakure's elite shinobi, I'll believe you're capable of fighting Akatsuki."

Xingye sneered. "Raikage, are you questioning my strength?"

Raikage A stood up, Lightning Release chakra gathering around his entire body. "I'm not questioning it. I want to see for myself just how strong you are."

Xingye nodded. "Fine. I'll show you what I can do."

Xingye activated his Susanoo Second Form, and orange chakra armor enveloped his body.

Raikage A's pupils contracted slightly. "Susanoo?"

"Raikage, how do you want to do this?" Xingye asked.

Raikage A sneered. "Let's go!"

Lightning Release erupted around Raikage A as he charged at Xingye, driving a heavy punch into Susanoo.

Xingye didn't dodge. Susanoo's chakra armor took Raikage A's punch head-on.

Boom!

Raikage A's fist slammed into Susanoo with a thunderous crash.

Susanoo shuddered slightly but took no damage.

Raikage A's pupils contracted. "What? My Lightning Release can't break through Susanoo?"

"Your Lightning Release is powerful, but Susanoo is the Uchiha's ultimate defense," Xingye sneered.

"Your attacks can't hurt me."

Raikage A roared in fury and launched another attack, but Susanoo blocked every blow.

After a while, Raikage A stopped, panting.

"That's enough," Raikage A said. "I admit it. You really are powerful."

Xingye withdrew Susanoo and said calmly, "Anyone else want to try?"

Tsuchikage Ōnoki shook his head. "No need. You've already proven your strength."

The Mizukage Yagura (a puppet) also said, "If even the Raikage admits it, I have no objections."

Kazekage Gaara said, "Xingye, I believe in your strength."

The Third Hokage nodded. "Then let's discuss the specifics of our alliance."

"Akatsuki has ten members. We've already brought two over, leaving eight," Xingye said.

"Some of the remaining members can be defeated outright; others will need to be brought under our control."

"My plan is to Form the Shinobi Allied Forces and split into teams to take down Akatsuki's members one by one."

The Third Hokage nodded. "That's an excellent plan."

Raikage A asked, "Who will take command?"

The Third Hokage glanced at Xingye. "Xingye."

"He knows the most about Akatsuki, and he's also the strongest."

Raikage A fell silent for a moment, then finally nodded. "Fine. I agree to have Xingye command the alliance."

Tsuchikage Ōnoki and the Mizukage Yagura (a puppet) also agreed.

Kazekage Gaara said, "Sunagakure fully supports Xingye."

Xingye nodded. "Thank you for trusting me, honored Kage."

"Next, I'll draw up a detailed battle plan."

"The end of Akatsuki is near."

A system notification sounded.

Xingye was delighted. Prestige (Gold) was an exceptionally rare trait. It meant his standing in the Shinobi World had reached its peak.

After the Five Kage Summit ended, Xingye and Itachi returned to Konoha.

"Brother, today's summit went very well," Itachi said on the way.

"The Five Kage Alliance means Akatsuki has lost the support of the various nations."

Xingye nodded. "That's right, but this is only the beginning."

"Next, we need to Form the Shinobi Allied Forces. That's the key to fighting Akatsuki."

Itachi pondered for a moment. "Brother, will Akatsuki just sit back and do nothing?"

Xingye sneered. "They won't."

"They'll launch an attack and try to destroy our alliance."

"But that's exactly what I want. I'll show them what true despair is."

Xingye looked up at the sky, where dark clouds were gathering.

A storm was coming.
