Five Kage Summit

The Land of Iron, the temporary headquarters of the Five Great Shinobi Villages.

The snow fell harder and harder, blanketing the entire Land of Iron in white.

Xingye stood atop the walls of the Land of Iron, gazing at the distant clouds.

After bringing Obito under his control, the threat posed by Akatsuki had greatly diminished. But Black Zetsu remained the greatest threat.

"Black Zetsu," Xingye murmured to himself. "You are the will of Kaguya Otsutsuki, the mastermind behind this entire conspiracy."

"To defeat you, I need the strength of the entire Shinobi World."

Xingye decided to hold a Five Kage Summit, bringing the Five Great Shinobi Villages together to fight Black Zetsu.

"The Five Kage Summit," Xingye said. "The summit in the original story didn't go well, but this time, I'll change everything."

Xingye came down from the walls of the Land of Iron and headed toward the summit venue.

The Five Kage Summit

The Hokage of the Five Great Shinobi Villages gathered together.

Hokage: Hiruzen Sarutobi (although he had grown old, he still remained in charge of Konoha)

Kazekage: Gaara (the new Kazekage of Sunagakure, whom Xingye had once saved)

Raikage: A (the Raikage of Kumogakure, with a fiery temper)

Tsuchikage: Ōnoki (the Tsuchikage of Iwagakure, shrewd and calculating)

Mizukage: Mei Terumi (the beautiful and powerful Mizukage of Kirigakure)

Xingye also attended the summit as Konoha's representative.

He was seated right next to the Third Hokage.

When the Kage saw Xingye, a flicker of surprise crossed their eyes.

"Uchiha Xingye," the Raikage said. "I hear you brought several Akatsuki members under your control, including Kisame, Sasori, Kakuzu, Konan, and the Six Paths of Pain."

"Your strength is truly astonishing."

Xingye replied, "You're too kind, Lord Raikage."

"I brought Akatsuki members under my control only to stop the Eye of the Moon Plan."

"The Eye of the Moon Plan aims to plunge the entire Shinobi World into the Infinite Tsukuyomi."

"Everyone will become a puppet, living forever in a false dream."

The Tsuchikage frowned. "The Infinite Tsukuyomi? When did this plan come about?"

Xingye said, "It's Akatsuki's ultimate goal."

"The mastermind behind it is a man named Obito Uchiha. He's using Akatsuki in an attempt to unleash the Infinite Tsukuyomi."

The Mizukage asked, "Obito Uchiha? Wasn't the Uchiha Clan supposed to have been wiped out?"

Xingye said, "The Uchiha Clan wasn't completely wiped out. There are still survivors."

"Obito is one of them, but he chose the wrong path."

The Kazekage looked at me, gratitude flickering in his eyes. "Xingye, I know how strong you are."

"If it weren't for you, Sunagakure would have been destroyed by Akatsuki long ago."

"I owe you a debt."

Xingye said, "Lord Kazekage, there's no need to talk about debts."

"We're all part of the Shinobi World. We should join forces to face this threat."

The Third Hokage spoke slowly. "Everyone, I already know something about what Xingye has told us."

"Akatsuki does exist, and their goal is to collect all the Tailed Beasts and unleash the Infinite Tsukuyomi."

"If Akatsuki succeeds, the entire Shinobi World will be plunged into an endless nightmare."

The Raikage snorted. "Then let's attack Akatsuki directly and wipe them all out!"

Ōnoki shook his head. "Raikage, it's not that simple."

"Akatsuki is far stronger than we imagine, and its members are scattered across the world."

"If we split up, we'll be easy to defeat one by one."

The Mizukage nodded. "The Tsuchikage is right."

"We need to come up with a detailed plan if we're going to defeat Akatsuki."

Xingye said, "Everyone, I have a suggestion."

"Since Akatsuki's goal is to collect all the Tailed Beasts, we should protect them first."

"The Eight-Tails is in Kumogakure, the One-Tail is in Sunagakure, the Two-Tails is in Kirigakure, the Three-Tails is in Iwagakure, the Four-Tails is in Iwagakure, the Five-Tails is in Iwagakure, the Six-Tails is in Kirigakure, the Seven-Tails is in Takigakure, and the Nine-Tails is in Konoha."

"The eight Tailed Beasts are spread across the Five Great Shinobi Villages. If Akatsuki attacks them one by one, it'll be difficult for us to protect them all."

The Raikage asked, "Then what do you suggest?"

Xingye said, "I propose that we form the Shinobi Allied Forces and protect all the Tailed Beasts together."

"At the same time, we should take the initiative and destroy Akatsuki."

The Kazekage nodded. "I agree with Xingye's suggestion."

"Akatsuki is too great a threat. We must join forces against them."

Ōnoki thought for a moment before finally saying, "I agree to form the Shinobi Allied Forces."

"But the alliance will need a commander. Who will take the position?"

The Mizukage said, "It should obviously be the strongest person."

"Xingye, your strength far surpasses that of the other Kage. You should command the alliance."

The Raikage snorted. "Xingye may be powerful, but he's still young."

"Is it really appropriate to put him in charge of the alliance?"

The Third Hokage said, "Raikage, Xingye may be young, but his wisdom and ability far exceed those of others his age."

"Besides, Xingye knows far more about Akatsuki than we do. He's the best choice for commander."

The Raikage was silent for a moment, then finally nodded. "Fine. I agree."

"But Xingye will have to prove he's up to the task."

Xingye said, "I understand your concerns, Lord Raikage."

"Give me three days, and I'll show you what I can do."

The Raikage sneered. "Fine. I'll be waiting."

Xingye turned to face all the Kage. "Before we form the Shinobi Allied Forces, there's something I need to show you."

A crystal ball appeared in Xingye's hand. It displayed a map of the entire Shinobi World.

The map marked Akatsuki's base locations, the areas where its members were active, and the distribution of the Tailed Beasts.

"This is a detailed intelligence report on Akatsuki," Xingye said. "It includes their plans, base locations, and the movements of their members."

"I gathered all this intelligence through the system, and I'm sharing it with you now."

The Kage stared at the map, shock in their eyes.

"Xingye," Ōnoki asked, "how did you obtain this information?"

Xingye said, "I have my own channels."

"Everyone, Akatsuki poses a far greater threat than you realize."

"If we don't act in time, the entire Shinobi World will be in danger."

The Kazekage said, "Xingye, Sunagakure is willing to give the Shinobi Allied Forces its full support."

"We'll send all our elite shinobi to fight Akatsuki."

The Mizukage said, "Kirigakure is willing to join as well."

"We'll send all our Kirigakure Ninja to support the alliance."

Ōnoki said, "Iwagakure agrees."

"We'll send all our Iwagakure Ninja to join the alliance."

The Raikage said, "Kumogakure agrees too."

"We'll protect the Eight-Tails and send our strongest shinobi."

The Third Hokage said, "Konoha will, of course, give its full support as well."

"We'll send all our elite shinobi, including the Uchiha Clan."

Xingye nodded. "Excellent. I'm glad to hear your decision."

"Next, I need to make a few arrangements."

"First, all the Tailed Beasts must be gathered together and protected."

"The Eight-Tails, One-Tail, Two-Tails, Three-Tails, Four-Tails, Five-Tails, Six-Tails, Seven-Tails, and Nine-Tails will all be brought to Konoha."

"I'll be responsible for Konoha's security."

The Kage nodded in agreement.

"Second, we'll form the Shinobi Allied Forces."

"Each village will send 1,000 elite shinobi, for a total force of 5,000."

"I'll command the alliance, and all of you will serve as advisors."

The Kage nodded again.

"Third, we'll prepare for battle."

"Akatsuki won't sit idly by. They'll launch an attack themselves."

"We must prepare for an all-out war."

The Kage all expressed their understanding.

Xingye concluded, "Everyone, Black Zetsu is the mastermind behind Akatsuki. He is the will of Kaguya Otsutsuki."

"Black Zetsu's goal is to revive Kaguya so she can rule the entire Shinobi World."

"If we fail, the whole Shinobi World will be plunged into darkness."

"So we must fight with everything we have, no matter the cost."

Ōnoki asked, "Xingye, do you really know Black Zetsu?"

Xingye said, "Black Zetsu is Kaguya's son. He possesses powerful chakra and strange abilities."

"His weaknesses are Light Style and Sealing Techniques. Only Light Style can destroy him completely."

"Sealing Techniques can seal him away."

The Mizukage asked, "Light Style? What kind of jutsu is that?"

Xingye said, "Light Style is an extremely rare Kekkei Genkai that only the Ōtsutsuki Clan can use."

"I obtained Light Style chakra through the system, and I can now use Light Style techniques."

The Raikage asked, "And what about Sealing Techniques?"

"There are many kinds," Xingye said. "The most powerful is the Dead Demon Consuming Seal."

"However, the Dead Demon Consuming Seal requires the user to sacrifice their life, so I don't recommend using it."

"I'll develop a new Sealing Technique specifically to seal Black Zetsu."

The Kage nodded, showing that they understood.

Xingye stood up. "Everyone, the Shinobi Allied Forces will soon be formed, and we're about to face our greatest challenge."

"But I believe that as long as we stand united, we'll defeat Black Zetsu and protect peace in the Shinobi World."

The Kazekage was the first to stand. "Xingye, I believe in you."

"Sunagakure will give you its full support."

The Mizukage stood as well. "Kirigakure will do the same."

Ōnoki and the Raikage stood one after the other, showing their support.

The Third Hokage stood last. "Xingye, Konoha believes in you."

"The Uchiha Clan will do everything it can to help you fight Black Zetsu."

Xingye looked at the Kage of the Five Great Shinobi Villages, a flicker of relief in his eyes.

"Thank you, everyone," Xingye said. "With your support, we're sure to succeed."

After the Summit

After the Five Kage Summit ended, the Kage returned to their respective villages to begin forming the Shinobi Allied Forces.

Xingye stayed in the Land of Iron and continued to work out a detailed battle plan.

Three days later, the Shinobi Allied Forces were officially formed.

The Five Great Shinobi Villages each sent 1,000 elite shinobi, and the 5,000-strong alliance assembled in the Land of Iron.

Xingye stood before the entire alliance as its commander.

"Everyone," Xingye said, "we're about to face a challenge unlike any we've seen before."

"Akatsuki and Black Zetsu are the greatest threats to the entire Shinobi World."

"But as long as we stand united, we'll defeat them and protect peace in the Shinobi World."

The alliance's morale soared, and everyone shouted Xingye's name.

"Xingye! Xingye! Xingye!"

Xingye looked at the fired-up alliance, determination in his eyes.

"Black Zetsu," Xingye murmured to himself. "Your end is near."

Just then, the system's notification sounded.

[System Notification: Successfully formed the Shinobi Allied Forces]

[Obtained Traits: Commander (Gold), Leadership (Red), Military Strategy (Red), Inspiration (Red)]

[Hidden Quest Unlocked: Black Zetsu's Doomsday]

Xingye was delighted. Commander was a Gold-tier trait, worth a fortune.

"With the Commander trait," Xingye murmured to himself, "I'll be able to lead the alliance even more effectively."

"Black Zetsu, there's no escape."

Xingye looked at the distant clouds, a chill glinting in his eyes.

"Black Zetsu, no matter where you hide, I'll find you."

"This time, I won't give you another chance."
