Do You Want a Slap?
Yukino's words amused Li Yu, who couldn't help but tease her, "Maybe it's because you're getting old!"
Glaring at the utterly nonsensical guy, Yukino quickened her pace and headed towards the library, muttering as she went, "If I could beat you up, I'd really like to punch you!!"
Li Yu is such a wicked guy. Although she's not that old yet, women either get very angry or very concerned when they hear the word "old," since everyone gets old, but she's not old yet!
Yukino Yukinoshita left with a long face, not wanting to talk to Li Yu. He was just too infuriating; she felt like talking to him would make her cry.
The group headed towards the library, with the others sharing the same idea: to use the library to return to the school and then purchase some items to decorate their base.
When Li Yu arrived at the library, he saw Index surrounded by the Flügel, a group of Flügel chattering away with Index.
Ever since they learned that Index possessed 103,000 magic books, these Flügel were incredibly excited. Without saying a word, they surrounded the little girl and started asking her all sorts of questions.
This really annoyed her. Index was still the little nun who could keep secrets; she wouldn't just hand over those grimoires to anyone else.
"Li Yu!!" The moment Index saw Li Yu arrive, she felt instantly saved. Her savior had appeared; finally, she wouldn't have to face these guys anymore!!
He looked at Index with some surprise and asked, "What are you doing? What happened?"
Upon hearing Li Yu's words, Index quickly interjected, "They want the knowledge in my mind! Those magic books can't be given to just anyone; it's dangerous!"
Upon hearing this, Jibril immediately objected, saying with some displeasure, "Danger? What danger could there be? I'd like to see what danger there could be!"
Could anything more dangerous be as dangerous as them? So Little Jibril was quite indignant. "If you're so capable, then take it out and let's see!" she said, but they didn't believe her.
Li Yu was somewhat amused and exasperated upon hearing this, saying, "Have you seen the magic books here? They're not much safer than yours. If they want to see them, you can talk to them about it."
Upon hearing this, Index was immediately conflicted. She asked uncertainly, "Is this really okay? Some of those grimoires can relate to the entire world..."
Her library contains quite a few True Magic capable of influencing the entire world, and she really doesn't dare to show them to just anyone; if something were to happen, it would be troublesome.
"Don't worry, our world has World Will, so there won't be any True Magic that could affect the whole world. I doubt such True Magic would even have a chance to be activated." Pandora was quite aware of how important this world was to her.
Want to cast that kind of True Magic? No way! In this world, you're already doing pretty well if you can cast a True Magic that covers an entire city, let alone the whole world!
When you try to cast this True Magic, Pandora will be the first to rush down and give you a big nose pouch. Did you even ask Pandora before trying to cause trouble?
"World Will? Alaya Consciousness? Such an existence?" Index looked at Li Yu with some surprise. If such an existence really existed in this world, then there was really nothing to worry about.
"Alaya? That little wench was dealt with a while ago, she's locked up and being whipped with a little leather whip now. Our World Will is much stronger than theirs." Li Yu looked at Index with some amusement.
If she were to see the current miserable state of Alaya and Gaia, I wonder what she would think?
Index was also somewhat surprised after hearing Li Yu's words. Isn't the World Will Alaya? And Alaya is being beaten up now? That's quite intriguing.
However, now that she knows such a being exists in this world, she feels relieved. If the entire world is overseen by World Will, then she doesn't need to worry about those True Magic being misused.
After all, the existence of World Will in this world meant that no one could cause trouble at will. Having figured all this out, Index immediately said, "Alright then, if you want the True Magic, I'll tell you slowly. You'll have to copy it yourselves!"
She stopped hesitating. Since those people wanted it, she would give it to them. However, she wouldn't copy the books; she could only dictate the True Magic books and, at most, draw a Magic Array for them.
"Come on, let's begin!" Upon hearing Index's agreement, Little Jibril immediately became excited and pulled her away without saying another word, starting to organize the True Magic in her mind.
Seeing this, Li Yu didn't disturb them any further. Instead, he led everyone to the passageway leading to the library. Looking at the passageway, Li Yu immediately introduced, "This is the passageway to Boundary University. You can go over there. I'll also get you a True Magic mark that will allow you to travel to Abant at any time."
Everyone's eyes lit up upon hearing this. This was a wonderful thing! Being able to travel to Abant at any time? That was fantastic! Naturally, no one had any reason to refuse.
Li Yu began by marking everyone with this symbol and explaining how to use it. However, this thing has limitations; it needs to be charged by the user, and it requires a considerable amount of magic power.
They weren't space-type mages after all; expending some magic power wasn't a big problem. Besides, everyone had Reserve Mana Source, so they weren't afraid of that.
After altering the markings on these individuals, they returned to the library through Spatial Passage, where the changes surprised everyone.
When Li Yu returned to the library after completing the markings, everyone else was still there. They were all captivated by the changes, and with Hestia also present, they chatted for a while longer.
Back at the library, Li Yu greeted Hestia Asuna others. There was nothing about the library that appealed to Li Yu.
After coming down from the third floor of the library, Li Yu led Asuna and the others to leave the school to do some shopping.
As the group of people walked out of the library, they bumped into Utaha Kasumigaoka, who was also coming to the library. She was pleasantly surprised to see Li Yu and the others.
"Li Yu? Asuna, Yukino? You're back?" She greeted them as she saw Li Yu and his group.
Asuna was somewhat surprised to see Utaha Kasumigaoka, the senior who was attractive to Li Yu from head to toe. She glanced at Li Yu discreetly, and sure enough, he was attracted to the senior's legs.
"Long time no see, Senior Utaha! We just got back!" Asuna greeted her with a smile, while also observing her. She could tell that this senpai was probably still thinking about her boyfriend.
Asuna muttered to herself, but said nothing. "You'll regret it once you join," she said. Anyway, she was just watching the show, seeing if this upperclassman would give up easily. That's the composure of an older woman!
Utaha Kasumigaoka shifted her gaze from Li Yu, then smiled and said, "It seems like you guys have been gone for a while now. I've sent you messages during this time, but not a single one of you has replied!"
As she spoke, she waved her phone. The people in Li Yu's class were really hard to find; they were all elusive and rarely seen. Finding Li Yu and the others would require some luck.
Li Yu shrugged, not denying the fact. It's best not to look for them unless there's something going on in their class. Let alone Utaha Kasumigaoka, even Asuna and the others' parents would have a hard time finding them.
You can only leave messages, and I'll reply when everyone sees them upon their return. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait, and if you're unlucky, you might not be able to come back.
Exploring other worlds is too uncertain; no one can guarantee anything. Dying far from home is the most despairing thing.
The group chatted with Utaha Kasumigaoka for a while, and then they all said goodbye and left. After all, everyone had their own things to do and didn't have time to chat idly with Utaha Kasumigaoka.
After watching Li Yu and his group leave, Utaha Kasumigaoka withdrew her gaze and continued towards the library. However, when she arrived on the second floor and saw people coming down from the sealed-off third floor, she was taken aback.
Many people greeted her, which puzzled Utaha Kasumigaoka. Could it be that there was a passage to other worlds on the third floor? The third floor of the library had only recently been sealed off.
Without permission, one wouldn't even be allowed to approach that staircase; they would be directly bounced back by magic. Yet, these people from the Special Class were coming down from there, which made her think twice.
Li Yu's classmates greeted Utaha Kasumigaoka and then left one after another. Some went back to their dormitories, while others went out of the school to shop.
Utaha Kasumigaoka glanced thoughtfully at the third floor of the library. Although she was very curious, she didn't have too many thoughts about it. She turned around and walked into the bookshelves, where she began to look for the magic books she needed.
Meanwhile, Li Yu and the others began a shopping spree, buying everything they could and couldn't possibly need, including brand-new furniture, and then stuffing it all into their spatial storage.
All day long, Li Yu and his friends were shopping, and even the students who had returned to their dorms left to join in, embarking on a shopping spree.
After buying everything, everyone activated the marks on their hands and teleported back to Abant, where they began decorating their base!
While Li Yu and the others were busy, something unusual suddenly appeared on the far side of the moon, which Pandora noticed immediately!
This is clearly an anomaly caused by Dimensional Rift, only this time they seem to be being a bit rude—you've attacked directly?! I haven't even sent anyone over there yet!!
