Asuna transfers from another city into Li Yu’s class, where she quickly befriends Kato Megumi and reconnects with Yukino Yukinoshita. Curious about Li Yu’s unusual strength, she accepts a sparring match after the class learns the Lightness Technique. 17 18 31

Her duel with Li Yu exposes both her exceptional rapier speed and the gap between them.
