Background / History

Sasuke was left as the surviving orphan of the Uchiha clan after the clan's destruction, publicly attributed to his older brother, Itachi. The tragedy made him a target for manipulation and shaped his overriding desire to kill Itachi himself. 127 731

As a genin, Sasuke was initially the strongest member of his three-man squad, but Naruto's rapid growth and exceptional chakra reserves became a source of pressure.
