For a moment, a deafening collision rang out across the entire city.

Super 17 slammed into the ground. A cloud of smoke billowed up, and a giant mushroom cloud slowly rose into the sky.
At the same time, Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta had climbed out of the rubble.

Black light shone around him as dark flames burst forth. Super 17 didn't dare let his guard down anymore. He was giving it everything he had.
Super 17 blurred and vanished from where he stood.
The next moment, he appeared behind Lei Chen.
His fist blazing with black light, Super 17 swung at Lei Chen.
Though Super 17 was fast, Lei Chen was faster. Before his fist could land, Lei Chen's had already struck him, golden light flashing around it as bolts of lightning crackled.

Lei Chen's fist slammed into Super 17's stomach.
