Battle of Lava Planet (Part 2)

Super Perfect Cell actually stopped in his tracks upon hearing Xiao Bai's words, though he continued to glare at Leige with fury.

"Why does Super Perfect Cell listen to you?" Leige asked Xiao Bai, who was healing his wounds.

"This Super Perfect Cell was summoned by the system, and I am considered its master. You tell me if it should listen to me or not," Xiao Bai replied.

"Then can I summon Super Perfect Cell to the outside world?" Leige asked Xiao Bai.

"As for that, I'll tell you once you manage to land a hit on me," Xiao Bai said.

"I'm afraid I might never know if I can summon this Super Perfect Cell to the outside world in this lifetime, then," Leige said.

"Don't look down on yourself so much; perhaps one day you will be able to hit me," Xiao Bai said.

"Fine, I will definitely train hard so as not to let down your trust," Leige said.

A dozen seconds later, the injuries Leige had sustained were healed by Xiao Bai, his shattered bones were mended, and his stamina and energy were fully restored.

"This time, I will definitely defeat you!" Leige declared.

As soon as he finished speaking, Leige transformed into Legendary Super Saiyan 1 Full Power and charged toward Super Perfect Cell.

"Bang! Bang!"

"Boom! Boom!"

One minute later.

"Not bad, you actually lasted a minute this time. You've made progress," Xiao Bai said, looking at Leige, who was battered, bruised, and completely drained of stamina and energy.

"Xiao Bai, I'll have to trouble you again," Leige said.

After Xiao Bai healed his wounds and restored his stamina and energy, Leige transformed into Legendary Super Saiyan 1 Full Power and charged at Super Perfect Cell once more. The result was, without question, that Leige was beaten black and blue again, his stamina and energy exhausted. This cycle continued for three days.

March 21st, 8:00 AM.

"Although I haven't reached Legendary Super Saiyan 2, my ability to take a beating has improved quite a bit," Leige said.

"Is that so?" Super Perfect Cell smirked.

"Bang!"

Super Perfect Cell threw a punch that sent Leige flying over a thousand meters away.

"You snuck up on me! That's not honorable!" Leige transformed into Legendary Super Saiyan 1 Full Power, flew back in front of Super Perfect Cell, and shouted.

"If you're not convinced, then show me you have the ability to punch me a thousand meters away too," Super Perfect Cell retorted.

"Damn it! Go meet Perfect Cell!" Leige yelled.

After shouting, Leige engaged Cell in combat once again.

"Bang! Bang!"

"Boom! Boom!"

Two hours later, 10:00 AM.

"Stop! Host, you have been training in the Combat Space for three days without sleep or rest. Go out and take a break. Training is important, but you must also know how to balance work and rest," Xiao Bai said.

Without waiting for Leige to respond, Xiao Bai kicked him out of the Combat Space.

"I should go get something to eat first," Leige said.

Leige walked toward the dining hall. He hadn't left his room for the past three days, and the officers and soldiers of the Fourth Legion hadn't dared to disturb him.

11:00 AM.

"Good thing we prepared Prince Leige's food in advance, otherwise the entire Fourth Legion would probably be going without lunch."

A lizardman dressed as a chef said to a tiger-headed man dressed in similar attire beside him.

"I didn't believe the rumors about Saiyans having huge appetites before, but after seeing Prince Leige eat just now, I'm a believer. Did you see that? Such a massive bowl of noodles, and Prince Leige finished it in less than two minutes."

The tiger-headed man replied.

After eating, Leige strolled around the spaceship for an hour before returning to his room to sleep.

Two days later, March 23rd, 8:00 AM.

"Legion Commander Gele, dispatch the scout squads. Tell them that if they encounter any of Slug's scout squads, they must eliminate them. Also, deploy interference light waves; we must not let Slug's scouts contact Slug on Lava Planet."

Leige said to Gele.

"Understood."

Gele replied.

As soon as he finished speaking, Gele went personally to arrange the scout squads.

9:00 AM.

"Fourth Scout Platoon, is there anything unusual on your end?"

A werewolf inside a warship contacted his comrade via the communication system.

"Everything is normal here, Captain. How about you?"

The comrade on the other end of the comms asked.

"Everything is normal here as well," the werewolf said.

"Captain, what did you say? I can't hear you anymore, Captain!"

The comrade on the other end asked.

Shortly after, the communication system went dead.

"Captain, we've spotted Frieza Force warships! Do we engage or retreat?"

A bat-man asked the werewolf.

"Damn it, retreat!"

The werewolf shouted.

"Boom! Boom! Boom!"

The werewolf ordered the warships to retreat toward Lava Planet, but a dozen powerful energy beams fired from the warships behind them, obliterating the werewolf's vessel along with several others nearby.

"Tell the brothers not to let a single enemy scout squad escape."

A lion-headed man inside a warship said to his comrades over the communication system.

"Copy that."

The comrade on the other end replied.

Two minutes later.

The Fourth Legion's scout squads had completely wiped out Slug's scout squads, though the Fourth Legion also lost three warships and their crews in the process.

"Legion Commander, we have completely annihilated the enemy's scout squads."

The lion-headed man reported to Gele inside the Frieza Ship via the communication system.

"Well done, Boon. Return now; the Frieza Ship's energy heavy cannons are ready to fire."

Gele replied over the comms.

"Understood," Boon said.

Boon then led the scout squads back to the Frieza Ship.

"Target: Lava Planet. Fire!"
