Masked Man and the Nine-Tails’ Rampage

Obito first approaches Uchiha Qingfeng as Tobi, attempting to recruit him away from Konoha before using Kamui to capture him. He ultimately withdraws rather than kill Qingfeng, showing lingering concern for his younger brother despite treating him as an enemy. 40

Disguised as the Masked Man, Obito frees the Nine-Tails from Kushina Uzumaki, subjugates it with his Sharingan, and forces it to attack Konoha. Pursuit of Qingfeng
