Simple Geometry

"Who are you? Have we met before?" Tony asked cautiously.

William smiled. "Who I am doesn't matter. What matters is that I'm here to help you defeat Obadiah Stane."

"You know about Obadiah?" Tony furrowed his brow. "Who sent you?"

William glanced at Tony's battered armor. "Looks like Iron Monger's a tough opponent."

"Iron Monger? What a terrible name." Tony's tone turned serious. "Listen, buddy, I don't know who you are, but get out of here. This place is dangerous!"

"I can help you defeat Obadiah, but you'll have to work with me." William ignored Tony's warning.

"Work with you?" Tony didn't think this oddly dressed guy could beat Obadiah. "How?"

William smiled mysteriously. "Just stall for time. Once enough time has passed, I can take Obadiah out in an instant!"

Before Tony could ask what he meant, a tremendous roar came from above. Iron Monger was landing.

He dropped from the sky like a cannonball. Iron Man hurried to dodge, and the rooftop was left with a huge crater. Tony turned around and saw that the strange guy had vanished.

"Freezing problem. Nice move!" Obadiah said coldly as he threw a punch.

Iron Man dodged and raised his left hand to fire the Pulse Cannon, but to his surprise, his hand was exposed.

"Hey, where's my gauntlet?!"

The next moment, Iron Man was sent flying.

Not far away, William was hiding in the darkness, watching Iron Monger beat the tar out of Iron Man. He felt nothing—if anything, he almost wanted to laugh.

But he couldn't let Iron Man get killed, so he took out another arrow and fired at Iron Monger.

He was now only fifty meters from Iron Monger, which greatly improved his accuracy. Five out of every ten arrows struck their target, seriously disrupting Obadiah's fight and giving Tony a chance to counterattack.

"Who's attacking me from hiding?" Obadiah roared furiously. Seeing arrows scattered around him, he wished he could grab whoever was ambushing him and tear him in half. He scanned the area, but there was no one on the rooftop besides him and Tony.

How could he have known that while shooting at him, William had also leaped off the rooftop and used his climbing skill to cling to the wall, where Obadiah couldn't see him? That let William keep harassing him and gave Iron Man openings to counterattack.

"The dragon has you in its sights"

Sound: Fire a Sonic Arrow with a sonar tracking device from the Storm Bow. Any enemies within its detection range will be marked and tracked. If the Sonic Arrow hits an obstacle or a shield, its detection vision will pierce through the obstruction and remain unaffected.

Note: If the Sonic Arrow hits an enemy character, it will follow the struck hero until it disappears, and its detection range will move along with it.

The arrow in William's hand transformed into a Sonic Arrow and whistled into Iron Monger's back.

Unlike an ordinary arrow, its head could stick to surfaces. It latched right onto Iron Monger, and it was so quiet that Obadiah didn't notice it.

The intense fighting had damaged many of Iron Man's systems, including his detection system. Tony hid behind cover, and now he could see Iron Monger even through it. The armor appeared as a red silhouette.

Seeing the arrows scattered on the ground, Tony thought of the oddly dressed man from earlier. That guy's weapon had looked like a bow. Tony had assumed he'd run off, but it turned out he'd been helping him from the shadows all along!

"Pepper, are you still there?" Tony quietly called to Pepper Potts. "I need you to do me a favor."

"Coulson's already called for backup. What do you need me to do?"

"Overload the Arc Reactor and blow up the roof. It's the only way we can beat Obadiah!"

After saying this, Tony charged out from behind cover and punched Iron Monger in the face. He had to buy Pepper time and hold Obadiah off as long as he could!

Iron Monger took the punch, then spread his arms and wrapped Iron Man in a crushing bear hug.

"You're not getting away!" Obadiah said coldly. Iron Monger squeezed hard, and under the tremendous force, Iron Man's armor began to crack and buckle. Tony was about to be crushed to death.

At that critical moment, William dropped from above, landed in front of Iron Monger, drew his bow, and fired!

"So you're the one who's been attacking me!" Iron Monger immediately released Tony. The arrow was already right in front of him, but he didn't even try to dodge. He reached out to grab it, never expecting it to split apart in an instant.

Scatter: Fire an arrow from the Storm Bow that explodes into numerous fragments. The fragments attack multiple targets at once. If they hit a wall or an object, they ricochet.

Note: Each fragment can ricochet no more than three times.

Countless fragments flew in every direction. Obadiah looked stunned—he'd never seen anything like it. He quickly raised his arms to shield his face. Several fragments struck his steel armor and ricocheted wildly through the air!

"Simple geometry."

Hanzo's Scatter skill was easily the most unpredictable. After firing, you had no way of knowing where the fragments would go.

After ricocheting twice, one fragment flew toward Iron Monger's neck, slipped through the gap between his head and neck, and went inside his armor, severing a cable.

What a strange twist of fate. It was a vital cable controlling Iron Monger's vision system. As soon as it was severed, everything went black in front of Obadiah.

"Damn you!" Iron Monger opened his armor, exposing Obadiah's head. Without hesitation, William fired another arrow. If it hit, he might be able to kill Obadiah and win the fight.

But though William had aimed at Obadiah's head, the arrow flew right past him without hitting its mark.

Emmm... What a terrifying twist of fate!

"Die!" Iron Monger swung a furious punch at William. He had no chance to dodge and was about to be hit.

Just then, Iron Man charged over and shoved William aside. Iron Monger's heavy punch struck Iron Man directly, sending him flying onto the glass on the rooftop.

"I'll deal with you later!"

Obadiah glared coldly at William. William had been caught in the attack, too. Though he hadn't taken a direct hit, the tremendous force sent him flying a meter away. He lay on the ground, gasping for breath. Iron Monger stepped past him and walked toward Tony.

"I supported you for more than thirty years and got nothing in return." Obadiah looked coldly at Tony. "Now no one can stop me. Tony, you're a genius. Your father would be proud of you!"

Tony pulled off his shattered faceplate and struggled to his feet.

"And now, you can go to hell and join your father!" Obadiah sneered and raised his arm. The Gatling gun spun rapidly, and the bullets of death screamed toward Tony!
