Hearing the mention of the strongest in Universe 7, Son Goku froze. Good grief, is he really setting Monaka up for this? Still, if he had to scrape together two people from Earth, who should he call? Actually, he didn't really need to call anyone. Krillin or Tien Shinhan would do just fine; he and Vegeta could basically clear the field themselves.
