Jackie Chun pointed toward the ruins. A naked body lay there, a furry tail growing from behind him.
"Goku!"
"Goku's still alive!"
Chi-Chi and Krillin's faces immediately lit up.
Jackie Chun quickly explained, "The one I destroyed with my blast wasn't Little Goku. It was the moon!"
"The moon?"
Everyone stared blankly, then turned to look at the sky.
The full moon that had been hanging high overhead was suddenly gone.
"The moon! The moon really disappeared!"
Jackie Chun explained, "Now Little Goku won't turn into a Great Ape because of the moon.
"But this is ridiculous.
"We can't admire the moon on the fifteenth anymore. We'll have to cancel the mooncake eating."
The announcer stared at the sky, dumbfounded. "This is truly terrifying. The moon was destroyed by a ki blast!
"We won't be able to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival anymore."
Just then, Jackie Chun shouted, "What are you standing around for? Hurry up and count!"
The announcer jumped in fright and immediately began counting for Little Goku.
"1, 2, 3, 4..."
He had only counted to eight when Little Goku suddenly stood up.
A breeze brushed past, and Little Goku shivered.
"Huh? It's chilly. What's going on?"
He looked down and realized he was completely naked.
He looked around.
Besides Chi-Chi, Krillin, and Bulma, countless strangers were staring at him.
Little Goku was startled and quickly covered himself with both hands.
Jackie Chun complained, "See? If you'd counted faster,
"he wouldn't have gotten back up, and I would've been champion!"
Seeing Little Goku standing there naked, Bulma wore a sly smile.
"It's been so long since I saw Little Goku with his bare bottom. I've missed this!"
Chi-Chi and Krillin both breathed a sigh of relief.
Krillin said, "Thank goodness, Goku's still alive!"
Chi-Chi said, "As long as he's alive, that's all that matters. The moon isn't that important."
Suddenly, Chi-Chi turned to look at Krillin.
Krillin was taken aback. "Why are you looking at me?"
"You're wearing underwear, right?"
Krillin was taken aback. "What do you mean?"
Chi-Chi said, "You can't expect Goku to fight that old man naked, can you?
"You two wear the same size clothes and shoes.
"Go up there and give him your outer clothes and shoes, will you?"
Krillin had been about to offer on his own.

With that, Krillin took off his jacket and handed it to Goku.
Goku hurriedly put on Krillin's clothes.
Then he walked toward the ring.
"Announcer, I forfeit!"
The announcer was stunned.
"The old gentleman is already running out of strength. Don't you want to give it another try?"
Son Goku shook his head. "If the old gentleman aims that blast at me, I'm dead. So I think I should forfeit."
Jackie Chun immediately gave Goku a thumbs-up.
"Young man, you've got good sportsmanship. I approve!
"From this alone, I can tell your teacher must be a martial artist worthy of respect!"
Son Goku: "..."
He'd even praised himself. His teacher really had thick skin!
Seeing that Goku had forfeited, the referee immediately shouted into the microphone, "Congratulations! Jackie Chun is the champion of this World Martial Arts Tournament!"
"That was an incredible match.

Master Roshi burst out laughing. "Exactly. Losing was normal.
