Background / History

Lin Yu'er founded Sky Dragon Pavilion after attaining Limit Douluo rank. Taking the pavilion's creation upon herself, she intended it to survive until Lin Tian could take human form and enter the human world with a secure power base. She departed under the name Lin Yu'er and spent the remaining millennium-plus of her lifespan building the faction. 6

Over thousands of years, the pavilion became one of the continent's dominant organizations. Its hereditary system preserved the Dark Demon Dragon martial soul as the qualification for Pavilion Masters, while the Sin Dragon and Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon became additional stable inherited martial souls. 8 9

The pavilion's loyalty to the Dark Demon Dragon King is institutional rather than personal. Lin Yu'er left ancestral teachings requiring every Pavilion Master to possess the Dark Demon Dragon martial soul, and the pavilion's upper ranks continue to regard the Dark Demon Dragon lineage as their highest authority. 9
