The Supreme Kai Appeared Early

With the arrival of Krillin and Yamcha, the battle between the two sides finally ceased.

Sensing the powerful energy radiating from the pair, Majin Buu, who had previously considered himself the strongest, widened his eyes in utter disbelief.

"Krillin, Yamcha, how did you get here?"

Son Goku asked curiously, recalling that they shouldn't have been on Earth at the moment.

"King Kai informed us that something had happened on Earth, so we rushed back."

As it turned out, once the two possessed Saiyan bodies, they began to act as recklessly as Saiyans, eventually leaving Earth to seek out strong opponents in the universe while doubling as messengers of justice.

Just as they discovered Cooler's Armored Squadron in the East Galaxy and were preparing to engage in a fight, King Kai contacted them, saying that a crisis had broken out on Earth.

Judging by the urgency in his tone, the crisis seemed terrifying, so the two hurried back without a moment's delay. (In reality, they simply used Instant Transmission.)

On King Kai's Planet, King Kai was observing the situation on Earth through his two antennae, yet he didn't seem to find any major crisis.

"The great terror that the Supreme Kai spoke of—it couldn't be that fat pink guy, could it? He doesn't feel that strong!"

At this point, King Kai was no longer the sheltered individual who had once been terrified of even Frieza.

With his current perspective, let alone a Frieza, King Kai wouldn't even be fazed if a Super Saiyan 3 appeared right now.

"Strange, that fat pink guy's strength is at most that of a Super Saiyan 3; he shouldn't be able to stir up any trouble, right?"

King Kai was deeply confused. The Supreme Kai had clearly stated that a great terror had awakened on Earth, so why couldn't he find it? Aside from the addition of a fat pink guy, no other strange creatures had appeared.

"What a headache!"

On the Planet of the Supreme Kai, Shin was covered in cold sweat, staring at the direction of Earth with a look of terror.

"Majin Buu has been unleashed. Everything is finished now."

"Lord Supreme Kai, what should we do?"

Although Kibito Kai had never seen Majin Buu, he had often heard the Supreme Kai speak of that terrifying demon, so he was naturally filled with fear.

Shin gritted his teeth. "To Earth."

Shifting the scene back to Earth, Son Goku and his group—five Saiyans accompanied by a fat pink guy—found a random city and headed straight for the largest hotel.

As soon as he entered, Vegeta roared, "Bring us ten of everything delicious you have here—no, make it 100!"

As a man who had mastered the art of living off others, he was incredibly generous when treating people, instantly stunning everyone in the restaurant.

It was Majin Buu's first time in such a city, and he couldn't help but feel curious, constantly asking childish questions.

Gamos pushed the task onto Piccolo. This Majin Buu was just like a small child, incredibly naive, so when it came to babysitting, it had to be Nanny Piccolo!

Piccolo's face turned green with rage.

Soon, a massive table of delicacies was served, and within five minutes, it had piled up into a mountain.

"Let's eat!"

The five Saiyans began their frantic consumption, grabbing a large pork leg and biting off half in a single gulp.

Seeing so much food, Majin Buu refused to be outdone. He opened his mouth wide, transforming it into a bottomless abyss a meter in diameter, and poured dish after dish directly inside.

"Waiter, keep the food coming! Bring us everything that tastes good."

The surrounding patrons watched this scene with wide eyes, their jaws hitting the floor.

What kind of monsters were these people? How could they eat so much?

"What are you standing there for? Get the food out here!"

Gamos reminded the stunned waiter, who finally snapped back to reality.

The waiter then called over a group of colleagues, and they began a non-stop assembly line of service.

After polishing off an octopus, Gamos licked his lips, still unsatisfied, and began his assault on an entire pig.

On the other side, Vegeta and Son Goku held spoons in their left hands and chopsticks in their right, swirling large bowls of ramen into their mouths while stuffing cakes and various unknown delicacies into their faces. They didn't let a single edible thing go to waste.

It was unclear what kind of establishment this restaurant was, but whether it was Chinese, Western, or exotic regional cuisine, they had it all. All the chefs worked together, barely managing to keep up with the Saiyans' onslaught.

Just as the group was gorging themselves, the Supreme Kai, Shin, arrived on the planet with his attendant, Kibito Kai.

"Majin Buu's energy is in that direction, where many people live. Damn it, has Majin Buu started a massacre?"

The two immediately flew toward Gamos's location, eventually stopping atop a tall building.

"Lord Supreme Kai, there don't seem to be any signs of fighting here. It looks quite peaceful."

Shin also found it strange and used his divine vision to observe the situation below.

Then, he witnessed a shocking scene: Majin Buu was actually dining with a group of people, eating happily and having a great time.

Looking at the blissful smile on Majin Buu's face, he didn't look like a villain at all.

"What... what is going on here?"

Shin widened his eyes. The wicked Majin Buu was acting so easygoing, competing for food with a group of people and laughing from start to finish. What was happening?

And how could this group eat so much? Looking at the mountain of plates on the table, it was enough to feed hundreds of people!

Gamos suddenly sensed something. Although he didn't feel a presence, his sixth sense told him that someone was spying on him.

Gamos then looked in the direction of the Supreme Kai, activating his King Kai Antenna, and spotted the other party in an instant.

"Oh no, we've been discovered."

Shin and Kibito Kai were both shocked; they never expected anyone to detect their presence.

Son Goku also sensed Gamos's unusual behavior and asked instinctively.

"What's wrong?"

"Someone is watching us."

Gamos felt a bit speechless. It was one thing for Majin Buu to appear ahead of schedule, but why had the Supreme Kai shown up early too?

However, upon reflection, he understood. The Supreme Kai had been tracking the wizard Babidi all along, essentially to prevent the resurrection of Majin Buu.

Now that Majin Buu had been forced out by Son Goku and Vegeta, it was only natural for Shin, as the Supreme Kai, to be aware of it immediately.

In this universe, excluding the Gods of Destruction, Majin Buu's power was arguably the greatest. Coupled with the fact that Majin Buu possessed the divine power of the Grand Supreme Kai within him, it was no surprise that the Supreme Kai had sensed him right away.

Son Goku placed a hand on Gamos's shoulder, and Vegeta, curious, placed his hand on the other shoulder. Krillin and Yamcha followed suit, and suddenly, everyone saw the red-skinned alien and the short, mohawked man standing on the high building.

"Who are they?"

Realizing he had been exposed, Shin could only sigh helplessly and speak up.

"Let's go down."

"But, Supreme Kai..."

"We have already been discovered, and the other party does not seem to possess any evil energy, so it is better to be honest than to keep hiding."

Shin was a good-natured, honest soul, so he flew down directly.

Arriving at the hotel, Shin took the initiative to greet them.

"Hello."

"Hello, I'm Son Goku. Do you want to have something to eat?"

Son Goku stuffed a large chicken leg into his mouth and spoke with his mouth full.

Watching the other man eating with grease all over his face, Shin's mouth twitched as he replied that it was unnecessary.

Sensing no energy from the newcomers and judging them to be not particularly strong, the group didn't pay them much mind and continued to feast.

Majin Buu picked up a large bottle of cola, chugged it down until it was completely empty, and only then noticed the Supreme Kai, Shin.

"Huh? I feel like I've seen you somewhere before?"

Majin Buu wore a puzzled expression; the man felt familiar, but he couldn't quite place him.

Hearing that the other party had seen him before, Shin recoiled in fear, but seeing that the creature made no move to attack, he stammered.

"Y-you must be mistaken!"

"Supreme Kai."

Kibito Kai immediately stepped in to steady the Supreme Kai, whose legs had gone weak.

After finishing the last fish, Gamos patted his stomach and let out a satisfied burp. That meal had been truly refreshing!

But come to think of it, when did Vegeta get so rich? Had he already hooked up with a wealthy woman? If that were the case, would little Trunks be born soon?

Gamos cast a gossipy look toward Vegeta, who immediately felt uncomfortable and retorted irritably.

"What? What's with that look?"

"Vegeta, come clean. You actually have the money to treat everyone to a meal—did you find yourself a sugar mama?"

Vegeta's face flushed red. "What kind of joke is that? I am the proud Prince of all Saiyans; how could I ever live off a woman?"

Look at that! He was flustered, he was defensive, and he had practically confessed.

Gamos covered his mouth and chuckled. He saw through it but didn't point it out, especially with Yamcha sitting right there.

Having the ex and the current boyfriend eating together was bound to be a bit awkward, wasn't it?

Just as the group was filled with laughter, Piccolo sat to the side, eyeing the Supreme Kai with curiosity. He felt a strange connection to the man, and in his presence, he felt an intangible sense of suppression.

Although this suppression was faint—weak enough to be ignored—it was undeniably real.

"Who exactly are you?"

The Supreme Kai looked toward Piccolo, instantly seeing through his background.

As a split-off of the Earth's Guardian, though not the Guardian himself, Piccolo shared an inseparable bond with him, which was why he could sense the Supreme Kai's uniqueness.

Piccolo at this point in time had not yet merged with Kami, so he didn't know the man's identity; he could only vaguely sense that the man was exerting a certain pressure on him due to his connection with the Guardian.

"Let's talk about it later. Once they finish their meal, we will find a place where no one else is around."
