The Mighty Vegeta

"Hah!"

Vegeta let out a sharp shout, and terrifying energy erupted as his golden aura surged, transforming him directly into a Super Saiyan 2.

In this state, he was more than enough to crush Cell in his perfect form.

"Come on, Captain Ginyu, let me see the power of an Android."

The arrogant Vegeta struck his signature pose, clenching his right fist in front of his chest and pointing his thumb at himself.

"Today, I'll let you witness the might of Super Vegeta."

He firmly believed that in this world, he had few rivals left—save for those few freaks, of course.

"You will pay the price for your actions."

Whether it was due to the nature of the body-swapping ability, Ginyu adapted to the vessel incredibly quickly, soon grasping all of its capabilities.

Coupled with the fact that Androids possessed inherent computer-like processing, it was easy for him to master.

"Hahahaha! A piece of scrap metal like you wants to stand against a Saiyan? Watch as I tear you apart right now."

Vegeta charged first, throwing a heavy punch straight at his opponent's face.

Ginyu merely raised his left hand with ease, catching the incoming fist.

Then, Ginyu struck with his right, sending Vegeta flying with a single blow.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Vegeta crashed through two mountains before finally coming to a stop.

"What immense power, indeed."

Feeling the true strength of this body, Ginyu became completely, maniacally excited.

"Where are you looking?"

Just as Ginyu was reveling in his excitement, Vegeta appeared behind him, delivering a spinning sweep kick that struck him square in the neck.

Ginyu had no time to dodge and was sent flying by the impact.

How could Vegeta let him off? As soon as his opponent was airborne, he grabbed Ginyu by the ankle, swung him around in a circle, and slammed him violently into the ground.

"Ya, ya, ya!"

Ginyu balanced his body, landing firmly on his feet.

As he looked up, he was immediately met with Vegeta's Prince Tactics; countless energy blasts rained down from the sky, exploding all around him.

Ginyu scrambled to dodge, instantly soaring into the high air, but the next second, Vegeta appeared behind him again, a side kick sending him flying once more.

Vegeta used Instant Transmission to intercept his path, landing an elbow strike that sent Captain Ginyu soaring into the sky before he could even react.

Clasping his hands together, Vegeta delivered a brutal blow to the hunched-over Ginyu, hammering him straight from the sky into the earth, leaving behind a massive crater.

The once-arrogant Ginyu now felt as though every bone in his body was about to shatter; he could hardly believe that a body this powerful could be beaten so miserably by his opponent.

"Tch, trash. A piece of scrap metal thinks he can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with me, Vegeta? Who gave you that confidence?"

At this moment, Vegeta was like a victorious rooster, chest puffed out and head held high, looking as if he wanted to crow.

Watching the battle from afar, Son Goku couldn't help but shake his head.

He had expected Ginyu, having swapped into Android 13's body, to be much stronger, but the result was quite disappointing.

To be honest, this Android 13 was indeed strong, possessing the level of a mid-stage Super Saiyan 2. If this were a few years ago—when he had just transformed into a Super Saiyan or even just broken through to Super Saiyan 2—it would have been a formidable enemy. But now, it was truly underwhelming.

Amidst the rubble below, Ginyu erupted in fury, blasting the surrounding stones away.

He looked up to see Vegeta standing high in the air, arms crossed, wearing a look of supreme arrogance.

Ginyu gritted his teeth; he was unwilling to accept that even after obtaining such a powerful body, he was still no match for this Saiyan.

And this was only the weakest of the Saiyans. He had seen the Super Saiyan Blue form, where he couldn't sense any aura at all, yet the power was not to be underestimated.

If he couldn't even beat the weakest Saiyan, how could he hope to face those two Super Saiyan Blues? How could he be so inferior, and how would he accompany the King to conquer the universe in the future?

"Damn it, damn it! How could I, Captain Ginyu, possibly lose?"

Ginyu flew back into the high air, suddenly unleashing his full power. A white aura enveloped his entire body, and he extended his hands, gathering a greenish energy in his palms.

"Saiyan, die!"

Ginyu fired an energy wave, but Vegeta merely smiled, tilted his body, and raised his left hand, catching the attack with one palm.

"Is that it?"

The gap in strength could not be bridged by a mere burst of power.

Vegeta raised his right hand, manifesting a yellow energy sphere. With a loud shout, he transformed the sphere into a shockwave, driving the opponent's attack right back at him.

The beam struggle began, and in less than three seconds, Ginyu was blasted away. The struggle was over.

"Hahahaha! Kakarot, did you see that? This is me—the powerful, the Super Vegeta!"

Watching the arrogant Vegeta, Son Goku was left speechless.

The two of them had long since reached the peak of Super Saiyan 2; as long as they could break through the bottleneck, they could enter Super Saiyan 3. What was there to be happy about in defeating an Android with mid-stage Super Saiyan 2 strength?

A tiny bee watched the battle unfold through its eyes, and everything it saw was transmitted via data to the laboratory deep underground.

Gamos sat in a chair, stroking his chin as if deep in thought.

"This Vegeta looks so incredibly punchable. Should I go over and beat him up?"

It seemed the arrogant Vegeta had already displeased Launch—or rather, made her hands itch for a fight.

Gamos suddenly thought of something, a wicked smile curling the corners of his mouth.

"No need. Android 13's power hasn't been fully unleashed yet; he might just be able to give Vegeta a beating."

Gamos walked over to the stasis pods of Android 14 and Android 15, then used his telekinesis to press a few buttons on the console, causing the pods to hiss open.

Android 14 and Android 15 were still in a peaceful slumber, but Gamos looked at them as if they were nothing more than common objects.

"What's wrong? Are you planning to release them both, too?"

Gamos didn't answer; instead, he raised his right hand and opened his palm.

With a sharp crack, the two androids lying there suddenly jerked as if their bones had been snapped. Two energy cores and two energy chips flew out from their bodies, hovering above Gamos's palm.

"Let's go! Let's see how Prince Vegeta gets his beating."

Launch, now intrigued, trotted along eagerly to keep pace with Gamos.

The two arrived on the surface, where they immediately saw a battered and miserable Ginyu still taking a beating.
