Uchiha Chen raised an eyebrow and turned his gaze toward a chair beside him.
The moment he awakened both Kamui abilities, he'd known how to use them.
"Kamui!"
With a thought, the space in front of his left eye immediately twisted. There was a sharp crack, and one of the chair's "legs" disappeared.
Looking at the chair, now with only three legs, Uchiha Chen smiled faintly. Then he closed his eyes. Several minutes passed before he suddenly opened them again.
Uchiha Chen slowly raised his right hand and activated the Right Kamui. In the blink of an eye, part of his right hand disappeared!
"Tsk, tsk, tsk. With this ability, I'm basically invincible!"
Despite looking at his empty right hand, Uchiha Chen's face was full of smiles.
As for why he didn't use the Right Kamui, it was naturally because Uchiha Chen wasn't stupid enough to cut off his own arm.

After he finished speaking, he activated Kamui again. A moment later, he was back in his room.

Almost as soon as Uchiha Chen emerged from the other dimension, a series of knocks sounded from outside the door.
"Who is it?"
Uchiha Chen frowned.
"Chen, it's me. Minato's Fourth Hokage succession ceremony is about to begin."
The one knocking was Jiraiya.
"Oh, right! Today's the ceremony for Namikaze Minato to take over as Hokage!"
Uchiha Chen smacked his forehead. He looked around and saw nothing he needed to tidy up, so he went straight to the door and opened it.
The moment he did, he saw Jiraiya looking at him with a somewhat "resentful" gaze.
"Chen, what were you doing in there? I knocked for ages before you answered. I thought you weren't home."
"Ahem, nothing. I've been so focused on training lately that I didn't hear you knocking."
"I did hear about that from Minato. Come on, let's hurry. The succession ceremony is about to start."
"Okay!"
As Uchiha Chen and Jiraiya hurried to the Hokage succession ceremony, a vortex appeared in the other dimension, and a figure slowly emerged.
"So this is the power of my Mangekyō Sharingan?"
A spiky-haired man in a long, black, hooded robe and an orange spiral mask looked around the other dimension, muttering to himself.
The man was none other than Uchiha Obito, whom Hatake Kakashi and the others believed to be dead!

There stood a high platform. On it,
the Third, Hiruzen Sarutobi, stood with Konoha High Command advisers Mitokado Homura and Utatane Koharu behind him. He looked solemnly at Namikaze Minato, who wore the white Hokage cloak.
The Third, Hiruzen Sarutobi, slowly removed the Hokage hat from his head and walked over to Namikaze Minato. Minato accepted it with the same solemn expression and put it on.
"I'm counting on you, Fourth Hokage!"
The Third, Hiruzen Sarutobi, spoke gravely.
Entrusting the Hokage position to such a young man might bring real change to Konoha.
Namikaze Minato nodded solemnly.
"I'm willing to give my life!"
As Namikaze Minato turned and walked to the front of the platform to face Konoha's ninja, the training ground erupted in wave after wave of cheers that shook the heavens.
And so, Namikaze Minato officially became the Fourth Hokage!
"That means Minato's got at most another year before he kicks the bucket."
