Background / History

Uchiha Ye is a transmigrator placed in the Uchiha Clan shortly before the Uchiha Clan Massacre. Initially considered untalented and too weak to survive, he awakens the Travel Frog System, whose frog returns from other worlds with special items and abilities. Its first major reward is the Magma-Magma Fruit, which gives Ye the power to become and manipulate magma. 1

After Uchiha Tensho destroys his training equipment and attacks him, Ye restrains Tensho with Sharingan-enhanced genjutsu and kills him with Great Eruption, then removes the evidence with Fire Style techniques. Uchiha Itachi subsequently tests Ye’s strength but concludes that Ye could not have killed an opponent of Tensho’s apparent level, clearing him of suspicion. 2

Ye leaves Konoha around the clan massacre, evades Uchiha Obito, and begins operating independently. Obito quickly identifies him as an unpredictable threat due to Ye’s knowledge of his codename, abilities, and plans. 3 29

After fighting Sasori, Ye resolves their conflict by giving him High-Grade Chakra Metal. Konan and Pain recruit him into Akatsuki, where he becomes Sasori’s assigned partner. 12 He later breaks Orochimaru’s influence over Yakushi Kabuto and works with Orochimaru to build the Light Hidden Village, with Ye handling its political and military affairs. 80 81 106
