Dai Mubai wasn't stupid. He knew what Flender's words meant.
They meant that if he insisted on opposing Ye Xuan, Shrek Academy might cut ties with him.
So even though he hated Ye Xuan, he had no choice but to back down.
"I don't care about those things. I already told you that if you weren't satisfied, you could come challenge me. I'd be happy to fight you with our Martial Souls. I came to see you today because of Zhu Zhuqing," Ye Xuan said.
"Her? What can't she tell me herself? Why does she have to send you?" Dai Mubai asked, displeased.
Hearing Ye Xuan speak on Zhu Zhuqing's behalf only made him more convinced there was something between them.

"Why should I?" Dai Mubai demanded angrily.
