It primarily details the origins of the Uchiha and the purpose of the Eye of the Moon Plan. According to the text, the plan involves the wielder of the Rinnegan summoning the husk of the Ten-Tails, which is sealed on the moon, and then merging it with the nine Tailed Beasts to resurrect the Ten-Tails. The goal is to become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, reaching the level of the Sage of Six Paths. Then, using the Rinnegan, the user casts the ultimate ocular jutsu, the Infinite Tsukuyomi, upon the moon. Hiss. Minato drew a sharp breath after hearing the full scope of the plan. What kind of fantasy was this? The Rinnegan? Collecting all nine Tailed Beasts? Summoning the Ten-Tails? A Genjutsu cast upon the entire world? A virtual reality called the Infinite Tsukuyomi? How much power and chakra would that even require? Was the gap between people really that absurd?

I thought Gen's hundred-meter Susanoo was already monstrous, but Obito's ambition is even more twisted. I never would have guessed! That thick-browed, wide-eyed dead-last who couldn't even throw a shuriken straight is this insane?

While he didn't know Obito's exact coordinates, he knew the location of Amegakure in the Land of Rain. Obito was hanging out with Nagato and his group, so he could definitely be found there.

But what was the point of finding him? He would just teleport away in an instant, and Amegakure was a death trap.
