Chen Xiao was once known as Moon-Gazing City's “Number One Menace,” a wastrel whose cultivation remained at Qi Refining despite exceptional talent. He publicly maintained this arrogant persona even after his rebirth, using it to misdirect enemies while investigating the Nangong Clan's long-running plot against the Chen Clan. 4 24 38
