Dongye Huanglong transformed directly into a divine dragon and flew toward the tallest ice-covered mountain on Drum Island.
As the giant dragon streaked across the sky, every citizen on Drum Island saw him appear.
In a village in the north of Drum Island, an old woman widened her eyes at the sight of the dragon.
"Doctorine!! Look, is that a dragon?"
A little reindeer wearing a pink hat looked excitedly at the enormous crimson divine dragon in the sky.
"Yes, Chopper. That is a dragon."
Doctorine's gaze flickered beneath her small sunglasses. She did not know what disaster this dragon would bring to the country.
But under Wapol's rule, this country had already suffered terribly.
All doctors had been driven out. Apart from the twenty doctors at Wapol's side, she was the only doctor left in the entire country who could treat the people.
"So cool!"
Chopper watched the dragon fly past, his eyes full of envy. If only he could fly too. Then he could roam the seas freely and experience the adventurous life Dr. Hiriluk had spoken of.
"That dragon is even crazier than pirates!"
Doctorine chuckled softly. She had already recognized the Crimson Giant Dragon. It was not one of the Four Emperors, Kaido of the Beasts, but Dongye Huanglong, the man who had dared declare war on the Celestial Dragons.
"Is that dragon a human too?"
Chopper said excitedly. It would be so cool if he could become companions with someone like that.
"Yes, he is a man who dares wage war against the world!"
A smile appeared at the corner of Doctorine's lips. That man was fiercer than most pirates. She had not seen such a madman in many years.
"That's amazing!"
Chopper's eyes sparkled. The dragon's image rose infinitely higher in his heart. He wanted to become such a brave man too.
"Perhaps after today, we will no longer need to hide."
Doctorine saw a plume of black smoke rise from the snow-white mountain and guessed that the cruel king was finished.
This country would welcome new hope.
Inside the royal palace of the Kingdom of Drum,
King Wapol fled frantically under the protection of his ministers, Chess and Crowley.
The appearance of that terrifying man instantly robbed them of all will to resist.
The man who had transformed from a giant dragon was simply too terrifying. Wherever he went, lightning flashed, wind blades flew, and invincible Laser Cannons pierced through everything.
Wapol's cannons and Chess's arrows were completely useless against that man.
"Hey, stop wasting my time!"
Dongye Huanglong fired another Laser Beam, blasting all three of them to the ground, then walked step by step toward the Munch-Munch Fruit user.
This guy's ability could synthesize a type of shape-memory alloy.
After being defeated by the protagonist, Straw Hat Luffy, he had spent only a little over a year establishing another kingdom, rejoining the World Government, and becoming the king of a member nation once more.
That alone showed how profitable his shape-memory alloy was.
This guy's ability could only be put to its greatest use in Vegapunk's hands.
Perhaps Vegapunk could even use Vinsmoke Judge's high-tech combat suits as a reference and develop new combat suits.
"Don't come any closer! I am the king of a member nation! If you dare lay a hand on me, the World Government and the Marines will never let you go!"
Wapol screamed in terror. Even his prized royal cannons had no effect on this monster, frightening him so badly that his body went limp.
"My lord, please do not kill us! We have money! We are willing to pay money to ransom ourselves!"
The two ministers had already recognized Dongye Huanglong as that insane wanted criminal and hurriedly begged for mercy.
"I can take the money myself, and I'm taking this guy too!"
Dongye Huanglong kicked the two ministers, Chess and Crowley, away, then knocked out Wapol, the cruel and incompetent king, with one punch.
He then looted the treasures in the palace, intending to return directly to the Sky Island.
But before long, a World Government order on the king's desk filled Dongye Huanglong with delight!
"Excellent! You delivered yourselves right to me!"
"Evil hahahaha!!"
Dongye Huanglong laughed madly as he held the order.
It was clearly an order to receive a Celestial Dragon passing through Drum Island.
This Celestial Dragon, Saint Charlos, was returning from East Blue to the Holy Land, Mary Geoise. His route happened to pass by Drum Island, and he was not far from arriving.

"Yes, today I'll let you play pirate and experience robbery!"
Doctorine laughed loudly. She wanted to see whether that cruel king was dead. If possible, she would even take over the palace itself.
Inside the palace, the soldiers who had lost their king released the imprisoned guard captain, Dalton, hoping he could lead them in maintaining order in the country.
Meanwhile, Dongye Huanglong sped across the sea, just as anxious as when he had escaped Punk Hazard.
Less than half an hour later, a massive golden lion-headed warship appeared in his sight.
Dongye Huanglong's blood began to boil. His desire for revenge surged forth, and his left eye turned incomparably scarlet.
"Evil hahahaha!"
Dongye Huanglong laughed madly. The Ancient Giant bloodline within him was rapidly awakened by his excitement, and the Crimson Divine Dragon swelled nearly tenfold again, becoming an ancient dragon from the primordial wilderness.
The sky began to darken as dense purplish-red clouds gathered overhead.
When the Celestial Dragon and CP Agents aboard the golden warship spotted the dragon, they were immediately consumed by fear.
