Lan Tian transmigrated into the Douluo Continent more than a century before the original story’s era. At age six, he awakened Blue Silver Grass with innate soul power of only rank 0.1. He spent nineteen years cultivating before finally reaching rank ten at age twenty-five. Initially intending to live modestly and avoid the era’s major figures, he sought a low-risk plant-type soul ring and steady income. 1 2

Instead, he found and absorbed a 400-year Blue Silver Grass soul ring. Its same-source compatibility made the absorption painless, raised him to level twelve, and granted him the healing skill Endless Life. He registered with Spirit Hall, used his subsidy to purchase a storefront in Nuoding City, and established Lan Tian Medical Hall. 1

The clinic’s reputation grew after he treated Louise, his first paying patient. Her support brought him wealthy clients and free access to Nuoding Library, where he expanded his medical and botanical knowledge. Although he is compassionate toward patients, Lan Tian is ruthless when facing threats. After killing two robbers, he experiences no lasting hesitation and becomes more decisive in combat. Lan Tian is cautious about exposing his true strength and resources.
