Background / History

Coffee awakened in Bai Ran's right hand during his martial soul ceremony as a standard Luckin Iced Americano. Bai Ran initially considered it a disappointing food-type martial soul rather than the ice-attribute battle martial soul he had expected. Its printed Luckin logo, ice cubes, and coffee liquid nevertheless distinguished it from ordinary food-type martial souls from the outset 1 2.

The awakening official found that the ice cubes did not melt even after an afternoon in heat and sensed a trace of Ultimate Ice within them. Coffee was therefore treated as an unusual, possibly mutated beverage-type food martial soul 2.

Its first major development came from the Bobo Coconut Tree's ten-thousand-year sacrifice, which granted Raw Coconut Latte.
