After all, in the original story, Tony hadn't known Obadiah was the mole. But now that he knew Obadiah's identity in advance, exposing himself before dealing with him would undoubtedly be a foolish move that harmed both himself and others.
Toby was in no rush to return home either. Since there was no time like the present, he planned to take out Obadiah tonight and claim his payment and shares as soon as possible.
After all, as long as Obadiah remained alive and Tony stayed hidden in the shadows, Tony had no way to pay him in advance.
Before the operation officially began, since Tony had paid generously enough, Toby thoughtfully gave him two options.
Option one: Toby would simply kill Obadiah and be done with it.
Option two: Toby would bring Obadiah back to the villa and let Tony do it himself, allowing him to savor the thrill of revenge.
Without a doubt, Tony chose the second option.
However, it wasn't because he truly wanted to kill Obadiah himself to vent his anger. He still had questions he wanted to ask Obadiah face-to-face.
Toby naturally had no objections to that.
The customer was king, after all!
In the assassin business, bringing a target back alive was usually far more difficult than simply killing them, but that was only true for ordinary assassins.
For Toby, bringing back someone dead or alive made virtually no difference at all.
As the three of them chatted and joked around, night soon fell.
Toby casually picked one of Tony's limited-edition collectible sports cars from the villa garage and set off.
It couldn't be helped. Tony lived in a wealthy neighborhood, where the buildings were low and sparse. There was no way for him to swing properly on his webs.
He couldn't exactly make Toby swing all the way to heaven to ask Tony's parents to help him find someone to take revenge on, could he?
After driving into New York, Toby parked the car in the underground parking garage of Fisk Tower in Hell's Kitchen.
Hell's Kitchen was famously lawless. When he brought Obadiah back here later, it would keep the cops from tracing his car.
Once he had parked, Toby pulled on his mask, took off his coat, and the feared underground assassin, Poison Spider, set out to fulfill his order.
You have a new Kill Me order. Please proceed as soon as possible!
Delivery rider Toby, setting off!
While swinging toward Stark Tower on his webs, Toby unexpectedly spotted Peter chasing a criminal through the streets.
Toby couldn't help shaking his head.
Hadn't he told Peter to assist Dr. Connors with research on the Lizard Regeneration Serum while he was away?
Why was this kid neglecting his proper work to fight criminals again?
Now that Toby had caught him red-handed, Peter definitely wouldn't have it easy once Toby got back!
But Toby had no time to deal with Peter right now. He still had to pick up the Kill Me order and deliver it to the customer first.
After arriving at Stark Tower, one of New York's landmark buildings, Toby did not rush inside blindly.
After all, Stark Tower was nothing like the gang leaders he had taken out before. Their security levels were on completely different tiers.
If he barged in recklessly, he might trigger Stark Tower's internal alarm system.
So, after clinging to one of Stark Tower's glass windows, Toby first took out his phone from his suit pocket and sent Tony a text.
Less than a second later, Tony replied with an OK hand gesture.
That meant Tony had already had JARVIS take control of Stark Tower's entire security system. Whatever Toby did next would not trigger any alarms.
That made things simple.

Toby crawled across Stark Tower's glass exterior with the agility of a spider and quickly found Obadiah Stane's location.
At that moment, Obadiah was sitting in what had once been Tony's CEO office, speaking on the phone in a grave tone.
From the conversation, it seemed the other party was from the military.
They were roughly saying that the military had yet to locate Tony, but they would continue expanding the search. They also intended to place another major order with Stark Industries as compensation for the losses in orders caused by Tony's absence.
On the surface, Obadiah sounded grim and displeased.
He repeatedly stressed that they had to find Tony, whom the military had lost, as soon as possible. Tony was his beloved friend and brother—did they think one large order could make up for that?
Inside, though, he was laughing with delight!
Tony Stark was simply his little treasure boy!
While alive, Tony had provided him with all sorts of advanced weapon designs. Even after death, he could still bring in a major order for him!
If Obadiah had not been so eager to rename Stark Industries as Stane Industries, he truly would have been reluctant to kill such a cash cow as Tony!
Yet while Obadiah was still fantasizing about the future, he completely failed to notice the scarlet figure standing on the massive floor-to-ceiling window behind him!
Yes, standing!
Standing on the smooth, vertical glass in a way that defied all common sense.
After politely waiting for Obadiah to finish his call, Toby slowly raised his foot outside the window, preparing to "knock."
And then...
Clang—
Even the tough bulletproof glass couldn't withstand Toby's kick, which struck with the force of a hundred-ton truck. It shattered with a bang.
By the time Obadiah sensed something was wrong and turned around, all he saw was a size-47 foot rushing at his face!
Bang—
With one kick, Obadiah flew several meters before slamming into the wall, physically shutting down on the spot.
That flying kick—stylish or what, bro?
But don't let Toby's heavy kick fool you—it really wasn't light at all. Obadiah was still alive, but his sternum had cracked in several places, and several ribs were broken as well.
Toby didn't stand on ceremony. He walked over, grabbed one of Obadiah's legs, and dragged him toward the window like a hog waiting to be slaughtered.
And in truth, Obadiah's current situation wasn't much different from that of a hog.
The only difference was that after a hog was slaughtered, it could still be used as food, making one final contribution to humanity's appetite.
Obadiah, on the other hand, would become nothing but a pile of rotting, stinking garbage after death...
Under the cover of night, Toby returned to Fisk Tower's parking lot with the unconscious Obadiah without incident. He tossed him into the trunk, floored the gas, and drifted away.
It was a stark contrast to the thoughtful service he had provided while escorting Tony earlier!
With Toby, the customer placing the order was God, while the target being ordered was merely cargo.
And as the most efficient Kill-Me delivery rider, Toby guaranteed that he would deliver the "order" to the customer as quickly as possible. As for whether the order would still be intact by the time it arrived, he couldn't guarantee that...
So when Toby drove back to Tony's seaside villa and delivered Obadiah—covered head to toe in his own vomit—to Tony...
Even Tony was speechless.
Just what the hell had this guy gone through on the road...?
Obadiah said, do you know Takumi Fujiwara?
The whole way there, he'd been riding in the trunk version of Takumi Fujiwara. It had been one hell of a bumpy ride!
