Dai Yueheng is an eighteen-year-old direct-line genius of the White Tiger Duke's Estate and one of Shrek Academy Inner Court's foremost core students. A Rank 59 power-attack Soul King, he serves as the final examiner for the academy's freshman entrance assessment. Candidates ordinarily face him in groups of seven and need only endure for one incense stick to pass. 19 24

Accustomed to younger geniuses submitting to his authority, Dai Yueheng reacts with fury when Ning An publicly provokes him and calls him a “sickly cat.” He changes Ning An's assessment from the standard group trial to a solo examination. 24

Dai Yueheng is proud, confident in his cultivation, and highly conscious of his standing as a White Tiger Duke's Estate heir and Shrek Inner Court genius. He initially treats Ning An as an arrogant freshman whose confidence is unsupported by strength. 24 25

Story Role / Major Arcs

Shrek Academy Entrance Assessment

Dai Yueheng oversees the fourth assessment as its Rank 59 Soul King examiner. Enraged by Ning An's insults, he orders Ning An to undertake the trial alone rather than with the usual seven-person group. 24

He begins the fight with the White Tiger martial soul and successive soul skills, initially forcing Ning An to evade before being met by Furious Bear Roar and Dark Gold Bear Stomp. Their first major exchange ends with both fighters thrown back. 25

After activating White Tiger Demon God Transformation, Dai Yueheng matches Ning An's Dark Gold Tyrant Body in close combat. He believes Ning An will lose once the latter's short-lived amplification ends. 26

Ning An instead activates the Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda alongside the Dark Gold Dreadclaw Bear, gaining decisive speed and strength enhancements. Dai Yueheng is beaten into collapse with bare-handed attacks and cannot continue serving as examiner. 27
