Background / History

Bred awakens in the dangerous fused world as a six-year-old boy after arriving from Earth. His parents, World Government scientists, die in an experimental accident, leaving him in the care of his aunt Xue Fazi and uncle Laskey. Rather than accept a protected civilian life, he resolves to use his family’s government ties while quietly pursuing strength. 1 3

Following the funeral, the accident leaves him fearful of weakness rather than emotionally directionless. He begins pushing his body to collapse through daily training, deliberately accepting pain and injury as the price of survival. 2 8
