Donnie's eyes lit up. "We're building it here?"

From atop the high slope, Albis City could be seen rising majestically in the distance. This place was not far from the city, at most around fifteen kilometers away.

Dole nodded. "Right here. But this will be your territory—the campus will be built on the other side." He raised a hand and pointed down the slope.

Donnie breathed a sigh of relief. He wanted to occupy the mineral vein himself; if the campus were built there, he would have to be more cautious when cultivating. Building it below was fairly good.

He nodded. "All right."

"Since you're already here, I'll make the arrangements," Dole said. "For materials, contact the deputy city lords. They'll handle the craftsmen and such. As for the magic arrays, I'll take care of them when construction is nearly complete."

Dole has probably arranged everything already. He was just waiting for me to arrive, Donnie thought.

He nodded. "That couldn't be better. I hate trouble more than anything."

Skeleton Dole laughed heartily. "Are you satisfied with this place?"

Donnie nodded. Looking toward Albis Mountain in the distance, he said with a hint of reverence, "Very satisfied. Though compared with Lord Dole's place, it falls far, far short."

Dole had claimed the entirety of Albis Mountain as his territory. That was vastly more extravagant than Donnie's little patch of land.

Dole merely smiled without saying anything.

In the newly built city lord's office building, the two deputy city lords, Wayne and Anderson, were chatting.

Just then, Dole strode in from outside.

The moment they saw him, both men immediately rose and straightened themselves. "Lord Marquis."

Dole nodded. Without wasting words on pleasantries, he directly ordered, "Wizard Donnie is in place. Over the next half year, mobilize Albis City's resources
