Demon Spirit Child serves as the Black Feather Tribe's commander-in-chief, while Tang Hu acts as its chief steward; both are among Black Feather King's most trusted subordinates 210 223 262.

She was not originally part of the Black Dragon Tribe's direct line. Bai Yu later states that she and Demon Spirit Child's group were rumored to have begun as household servants before climbing to power step by step 275.
