• Mahoraga spoke with Divine Dog: White and Great Serpent about Fushiguro and his desire to become human, then Sukuna praised Mahoraga before defeating him with Hollow Purple and a 200% Furnace Open.

• Xuan used Chaos to overwhelm Sukuna, who woke in a tiny triangular body with almost no cursed energy and was locked in a hamster cage.
• Okkotsu told Xuan that Angel was hunting incarnated vessels and asked him to hide, but Xuan refused because he had nowhere to go.

• Kenjaku entered Zenin Xuan’s body, but the body adapted to his brain transplant technique and trapped his brain inside its skull.

• Xuan blocked Kenjaku's teleportation, but Tsukumo's Phoenix Wheel broke Xuan's restraint and blasted Kenjaku into a bloody mist as Satoru Gojo appeared.

Xuan brought Fushiguro Tsumiki to Megumi and the others, but Kenjaku had disguised himself as Xuan and taken her hostage. After Yuta refused to reveal Xuan’s code, Kenjaku sent Tsumiki flying toward them and clashed with Yuta in a domain expansion.

• The group learned that Kenjaku might still be alive and discussed how his death could release the cursed spirits he controlled.
• Yuta led the group toward Tokyo No. 2 Colony while worrying about Gojo, Kenjaku, and his inability to contact Xuan.
• Kenjaku, disguised as Xuan, appeared with Tsumiki in a wheelchair and admitted he had brought her as a hostage.
• Yuta recognized Kenjaku because Xuan had left him a code, and Kenjaku offered to trade Tsumiki for it.

Megumi Fushiguro and Itadori evacuated Tsumiki while Hana Kurusu and Higuruma prepared to confront Kenjaku, but Tsumiki revealed herself as Yorozu and attacked them. The chapter ended with Yorozu identifying herself as a sorcerer from the Heian era and carrying Sukuna's cage.

• Higuruma joined Hana Kurusu in deploying a domain while Hana charged Jacob's Ladder, and Megumi Fushiguro, Itadori, Reggie, and Smoketree evacuated Tsumiki.
• Megumi transferred the group's points to Tsumiki and explained that he and Itadori would return to support Yuta Okkotsu against Kenjaku.

Sukuna used the binding vow triggered by “Enchain” to take control of Yuji, force Megumi to swallow Sukuna’s fingers and body, and transfer himself into Megumi, leaving Yuji charging at him.

• Xuan used Reggie Star’s technique to recreate the Inverted Spear of Heaven and Playful Cloud, then sent Reggie away while Itadori and Fushiguro attacked Yorozu.
• Yorozu revealed that she had Tsumiki’s memories and taunted Fushiguro, who awakened his cursed technique after landing Black Flash and continued fighting alongside Itadori.
• As Yorozu began expanding her domain, Itadori expanded his own to take over the fight, but Sukuna said “Enchain” and regained control of Yuji’s body.
