A blip beyond its detection range was approaching Earth.

there were seven.

Seven identical energy signatures flew through interstellar space in a loose formation.

Every one of them exceeded the Scouter's maximum range.

Chen Mo thought for a moment.

What were those?

Seven unknown lifeforms.

They were coming from the direction where Cell and Broly had been sealed.

"Did the seal break?"

If it had, Chen Mo should have been able to sense Cell's ki.

Cell's main body had not moved.

He was still tangled up with Broly in the same place.

Then where had these seven things come from?

Chen Mo thought of Buu's abilities.

Cell had absorbed Buu.

Buu could transform, regenerate, use Magic Transformation.

And split apart.

Majin Buu could tear fragments from his own body, and each fragment could independently become a complete lifeform.

If Cell had inherited that ability...

Chen Mo cursed and used Instant Transmission to return to Kami's Lookout.

When he landed, Android 18 was standing nearby.

"You sensed them too," Android 18 said.

"Seven," Chen Mo said. "They're coming from the direction where Cell was sealed. Every one of them is beyond the Scouter's range."

"My senses are more accurate than that junk device of yours," Android 18 said. "Each of their ki feels about the same as Cell's main body."

Chen Mo paused.

Each Cell Jr. had a combat power of around forty billion.

Seven at forty billion.

"Buu's splitting ability," Chen Mo voiced his deduction. "Cell used Buu's cells to create clones. Every clone inherited the main body's combat power. And..."

"And they have Buu's regeneration," Android 18 finished. "They can't be killed."

Chen Mo glanced at Android 18.

Master Roshi came out of the hall carrying a teacup.
